Abstract: Doped polyaniline (PANI) nanostructure has been prepared at room temperature using amino acetic acid (AA) as dopant and ammonium persulfate (APS) as oxidant by a self-assembly method. The structure and property of polyaniline nanostructure were characterized by SEM, TEM,IR and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and applying the 4 probes method. The results showed the production was PANI. The effect of molar ratio of AA to An affected the morphology of the product and room template conductivity of the products were studied.

Abstract: The Dopamine-modified multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNT-Dopa) were synthesized by chemical reaction between dopamine (Dopa) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes which oxidazed by mixed-acid (MWNT-COOH). The structure of MWNT-Dopa were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Thermogravimetric (TG), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) techniques and the dispersity of MWNT-Dopa were studied by Dispersion stability analyzer. The results show that dopamine has been grafted on multiwalled carbon nanotubes successfully, and a dopamine layer which wraps on the surface of multiwalled nanotubes make multiwalled nanotubes have outstanding dispersity in water.

Abstract: Carbon onions including Fe3C were synthesized by the catalytic decomposition of acetylene at 400 °C using iron supported on sodium chloride as catalyst. The samples were examined by high resolution transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The results show that carbon onions including Fe3C core with a structure of stacked graphitic fragments and diameters in the range 15-50 nm were obtained. When the product was further heat-treated under vacuum at 1100 °C, carbon onions with a clear concentric graphitic layer structure were obtained.

Abstract: gold nanoparticles were synthesized in DMF (N, N-dimethylformamide) solution by using 3-(aminopropyl)triethoxysilane as stabilizer through wet chemical route. A characteristic surface plasmon band can be observed for the obtained gold nanoparticles from UV-vis absorption spectra, which indicate that KH-550 can serve as stabilizing agent for the formation of gold nanoparticles. The influence of reaction temperature, reaction time and precursor concentrations on the formation of gold nanoparticles is investigated through UV-vis absorption spectra. The results show that surface plasmon absorption peak could be red-shifted when reaction temperature, reaction time and precursor concentrations increase. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) results show that the obtained gold nanoparticles with spherical morphology have a narrow size distribution.

Abstract: A dianionic phenoxyamido ligand was the first to be used to stabilize organo-rare-earth mental amido complex. Amine elimination reaction of La[N(SiMe3)2]3(THF)2 with 3,5-But2-2-HO-C6H2CH-NH-C5H4N in a 1 : 1 molar-ratio gave the anionic phenoxyamido neodymium amide LLa[N(TMS)2]•DME (1) in a high isolated yield. Furthemore, the catalytic behavior of complex 1 for the ring-opening polymerization of rac-lactide was explored.

Abstract: Zinc hydroxystannate (ZnSn(oh)6 , ZHS) nanocubes have been obtained for the first time through a simple method by hydrolyzation of Tin (Ⅳ) chloride (SnCl4.5H2O ) reacting with zinc chloride (ZnCl2) in aqueous alkali at the presence of solid sodium hydroxide (NaOH ). The X-ray diffraction data show that the phase obtained has a cubic-type structure. The Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope (ESEM) images testify that the product grows into cubic poly-crystals having a mean edge length of 380nm, with a standard deviation 20 nm.. Fire retardant (FR) properties of rigid polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) using the prepared ZHS and traditional antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) as fire retardant and smoke suppressant are evaluated by Cone Calorimeter.

Abstract: A new three-dimensional Pb(II) coordination polymer, [Pb3(O-BDC)2]n (1) (HO-H2BDC = 5-Hydroxy-1,3-benzenedicarboxylate), has been solvothermally synthesized from the reaction of HO-H2BDC, Pb(NO3)2•6H2O and NaAc. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveal that polymer 1 exhibit a unprecedented 3D structure and ligand HO-H2BDC has been observed to exhibit a new coordination mode. The third-order nonlinear optical (NLO) properties in DMF solution have been studied by Z-scan technique using 8 ns laser at 532 nm. The results reveal that the new compound exhibits strong NLO absorption effect and self-focusing refractive performance (α2 = 1.2 × 10-10 mW-1; n2 = -2.4×10-17 m2•W-1).

Abstract: In the paper, the mathematic model of bending modulus was established by means of classic mechanical theory, Layer number and gradient factor K were used to control component distribution of gradient IPN. Polyurethane(PU)/Epoxy(EP) gradient IPN with different component distribution were prepared , The effect of component distribution variation on bending modulus of gradient IPN was studied. The results indicated that bending modulus of gradient IPN decreased with increase of layer number n and gradient factor K, the gradient factor K had greater effect on bending moulus of gradient IPN than layer number. The results were explained according to bending rigid coefficient distribution of singel layer calculated by the mathematic model.

Abstract: In this paper, we used water-based acrylic varnish to coat poplar and pinus sylvestris veneer, discussed the inhibition effects of veneer light induced discoloration with two coating ways which were paint coating and film covering. The result showed that, after paint coating or film covering, the lightness aberration of veneer ΔL* and chromatism ΔE*ab were significantly reduced. The inhibition rate of veneer light induced discoloration with film covering was 7.88% higher than that with paint coating, reaching 30.41%.It mainly because of the small change of color index b* of film covered veneer, the water-based varnish film to a certain extent could inhibit the wood photochemical consequences by ray radiation. It’s feasible to study light induced discoloration of coated veneer by the method of film covering.

Abstract: This paper used pattern design, colour design and mold design comprehensively, using compression molding and simulated carving technology, studying a way to realize the pattern simulation of woodiness restructuring decoration. The result showed that it’s feasible to simulate pattern of new woodiness restructuring decoration, and the adornment effect was good. The line of the simulated pattern needed to be smooth. it’s better for the color in per unit area to be less. During the compression molding of board, the key point of decorative pattern simulation was the mould design. As adornment material instead of structural one, the technological parameters such as impregnation, pressure of hot pressing, time of hot pressing process during the process of preparation had a small effect on the adornment of board.
