Application of SLP Method in Design of Facilities Layout in Workshop

Abstract:

Through analyzed the current situation of a production workshop ,the author finds out some existent problems.To solve the problems ,designs the facilities layout by using the Systematic Layout Planning(SLP) methed combined with the actual situation workshop,so as to achieve the purpose that shorten logistics path, expand work area,material handling smoothly,and improve the production efficiency.
