Abstract: The integrated dynamic weighing scale with a high accuracy was developed based on analyzing the loads when vehicles passed on the weighing scale. The ANSYS software was applied to determine the sensor’s foil strain gauge position and the dynamic characteristic was verified through the experiment; meanwhile the hardware and measuring software in the system were simply introduced in this article. Finally through the experiments the Weigh-In-Motion (WIM) system can be used in traffic data collection and is assistant tool for overload check.

Abstract: Using circuit method to analysis equations of circuit and motion of coil-coil Mechanism, numerical simulations were also made. Simple method of experimental verification was proposed. The numerical results show influence of circuit parameter and benefits of multiple series gaps.

Abstract: Diesel engine piston has complex force condition and adverse working environment, and its motion state has a significant influence on noise, vibration and power of diesel engine, thermal deformation of the piston and liner, deformation on preload condition should be considered in the dynamics analysis. Dynamics analysis of piston based on the theory of secondary motion has been done in this paper, structure has been evaluated, and it provides reference to the piston further optimization.

Abstract: This paper summarizes the current situation home and abroad of the detection technology of point flame detector. It briefly introduces the application situation of flame detector engineering and describes the problems exist in actual project application of the point flame detector. Based on the theoretical optics of flame detector, combining the optics testing platform, collection work on combustion flame of characteristic materials and characteristic source spectrum has been carried out. Through carrying out relevant experiments, relevant data has been collected and analyzed. Select automatic optical inspection focusing on flame detectors focusing on different wave bands. The optical perfection design scheme is put forward in the end based on point flame detector of reflecting light source.

Abstract: In this paper, the conveyor belt tearing statistics of Qingdao Port Coal and Mineral Terminal Co. Ltd in 10 years is analyzed to seek two characteristics of conveyor belt after tearing, and also a method of using capacitive approach switch and inductive proximity switch to detect the tearing is proposed.

Abstract: Mechanical expanding process for large diameter line pipe, a detailed analysis of factors affecting the quality of the final products of the mechanical expansion and proposed optimization using orthogonal array optimization method, as an indicator of dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy of the products, combination of a variety of specifications of mechanical expanding products, the main process parameters to be optimized. Analysis and discussion of results, revealing the degree of influence of various factors on the quality of the final product, and gives the optimum combination of the results. Experiments show that the combination of optimized process parameters, and more help to improve the accuracy of the size and shape of products.

Abstract: In order to improve the static performance of high speed machining center spindle box, using ANSYS software static performance analysis, static analysis of finite element method to the complex structure of the spindle box, draw a box structure under the force load and temperature load stiffness theoretical values, emphasizing the factors affecting temperature deformation, provides a basis to improve and control the strength and stiffness of the spindle box, as well as box optimization design of the design constraints.

Abstract: The section mutation of a pipe affects the interior flow field seriously. Numerical simulation of the two-dimensional steady gas flow field of two types of section mutation pipe was processed. By comparing it with equivalent section pipe’s interior flow field, the effects of section mutation of pipe on pressure distributing and velocity distributing were analyzed. The results are commendably consistent with the theories of one-dimensional adiabatic frictional pipe flow. Ensuring the section of the compressed gas pipe to be coherent and using the bell and spigot joint if necessary are presented.

Abstract: Aiming to execrable heat condition of the armored vehicles and serious waste of the engine wasted heat, it researched refrigeration system scenario using wasted heat. According to the armored vehicles’ overall demands and advantages and disadvantages of each kind of refrigeration technique using wasted heat, it selected absorption refrigeration technique using LiBr as the basic cooling manner, and it designed the method to introduce the wasted heat in the exhaust gas. On the base of theoretic estimating of wasted heat energy and endurable temperature of the person and devices in the vehicle, it designed several primary technique indexes. According inner overall setup and the engine features, it designed and analyzed one prototype of the absorption refrigeration system.
