Abstract: Binding machine of section steel bars is full automatic packaging equipment that structure is very complex and it sets hydraulic-numerical control integration in order to perform continuous production of modern production line and meet the need of many binding types of section steel bars. Five-roll covering rollers system referring to two parts was mainly studied in this paper. SolidWorks software was used to analyze the movement and force; ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to do optimization analysis for the positions of the covering rollers mechanism when the wire rope was in the different angles of section steel bars binding and the different forces. Compared with single-roll covering rollers system, five-roll covering rollers system was more suitable for the requirement of various kinds of section steel bars binding packed. The results show that five-roll covering rollers system can increase the extending degree of the steel wire and make the steel wire much close to the steel ladle.

Abstract: This paper studies a new active vehicle suspension controlled by Fuzzy-PID controller with wheel base preview. By this new algorithm, the fuzzy controller controls the parameters of the PID in time .Then the wheelbase preview is integrated to ensure the future road information is combined with the current state of the vehicle effectively. A sensor is placed on the front suspension collects and feeds forward the preview information as an input to the rear suspension system . MATLAB simulations show that using such control strategy can obtain a low noise and better robustness performance than the traditional PID control algorithm.

Abstract: This paper mainly studies the application in the assembly line production by precision instruments and sensors, proposed the use of sensor technology and WEB technology to control lines on the transmission system. It can enhance the production of the compatibility between devices by real-time monitoring, so that each process can be more perfect articulation and reach to reduce the production cost for the entire production line monitoring.

Abstract: In this paper, the 35 tons steel coil overturning machine is used in metallurgy industry. Its own weight is very great, the weight of the steel coil is also very great, whether can realize the smooth movement is a very crucial problem .By using COSMOSMotion to simulate and analyse the movement function of overturning machine, some graphics can be obtained. Through graphics some Performance parameters can be collected. Motion analysis promotes the reliability of the design also provide extremely important design parameters for the design of the overturning machine. So COSMOS Motion can provide the theoretical foundation for the product design.

Abstract: Die assembly is a kind of special tools for fabrication of metal or non-metallic materials parts with required design and purpose. Generally, the high material hardness for die assembly should be selected to increase the service life and reduce the cost in manufactory industry. Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is a suitable method for fabrication of die assembly as the material remove in EDM process mainly depends on the material's thermal characteristics, regardless of the hardness. In this paper, the machining strategies for fabrication of die assembly with typical shaped cavity using EDM were discussed, according to the different cavity structures, the best machining strategies were proposed

Abstract: In recent years, industrial technology in China continues developing fast, and this has put forward higher requirements for China's forging equipment. The development international direction of the forging equipment is multi-bit, high-speed and large-set, which leads to the combination of a number of technologies such as hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, mechanization and detection. However, China's forging press is still at a relatively low level. The organically combination of CNC system with the computer, network, automated warehouses, automatic mold change systems and industrial robots has made the development of the manufacture more and more intelligent as well as its technology level more and more intelligent. In order to occupy a place in the international arena, it is imminent to vigorously develop China's forging equipment. As high speed forging hydraulic machine occupies a very important position in the whole forging system, and the requirement on the dimensional accuracy and productivity of industrial products is getting higher and higher in modern society. This paper introduces the analysis and researches on the hydraulic system of high speed forging hydraulic machine, which is also the difficult and hot point of social researches.

Abstract: Force characteristic curve is the most important item in the power steering gear performance measurement. Problems such as unsmooth force characteristic curve, output under the design requirements, bad symmetric degree, and etc. occur commonly in this measurement. The analysis of the Force Characteristic Curve shows that the unsmooth of the force characteristic curve is resulted from the abrupt changing of torque, and that the bad symmetric degree of the curve is resulted commonly from the non-uniformity of the slot opening of the input shaft and the valve sleeve and errors of the pin of the adjusting valve

Abstract: The numerical model of diesel engine fueled with pilot-ignited directly-injected natural gas is built, and the influence of natural gas injection timing on the combustion process is studied using CFD software. And obtained the following conclusions, as the delay of natural gas injection timing, the maximum of the mean pressure and mean temperature decrease gradually and the timings for the maximum value increase. With every delay of 5 °CA of the injection, the mean pressure reduces by about 16%.As the delay of injection timing, the delay of the timing of the high temperature and the range decrease for the high temperature region, and this is beneficial for the emission of NO, but not conducive to the emission of HC、CO and PM

Abstract: A CAD variation geometry approach and force/torque balance equations are proposed for solving active force and passive force of a 3-dof 3UPU-Ⅰspatial parallel manipulator. Some common math foundations, computer variation geometry techniques, and definitions are presented for designing F/T (force/torque) simulation mechanism based on simulation mechanism of the parallel manipulator. A force Jacobian matrix equation Gf can be derived from the balance equations of the manipulator, when modify the driving dimensions of active limbs, the configuration of the F/T simulation mechanisms are varied correspondingly, and a Matlab program is compiled for solving the active force and passive force the active forces.

Abstract: Forestry Felling &Cultivation Machine is a multi-functional, highly automatic and greatly efficient wood-cutting facility, whose unique advantage can be shown in the field of wood-cutting in the mountainous region. Mechanical arm is a prominent component of Forestry Felling &Cultivation Machine so that its design will have a direct impact on the function and the efficiency of Forestry Felling &Cultivation Machine. The paper aims at realization of hypothesized design of Forestry Felling &Cultivation Machine under the control of computer platform through hypothesized design of computer and simulation technology. Besides, it focuses on the structural analysis of mechanical arms through finite element theory and software of finite element analysis. What’s more, optimized design of structure will be reached according to the result of analysis so that the reliability of the structure can be proved and both development cycle of product and its research and development expense will be reduced.
