Abstract: In order to explore the effective damage identification method for structure, the structural vibration signal is directly correlation dimension analyzed according to fractal theory, and structural damage is identified by measuring the singularity in system output, then the method for structural damage identification based on correlation dimension of vibration response is proposed. The damage analysis results of a simply supported beam demonstrate that, the proposed method can accurately detect single and multi different degree damage’s location of beam structure, and alteration of correlation dimension will increase along with the damage degree

Abstract: This paper presents some results of a numerical study on the seismic performance and retrofitting of a R/C flat-slab prototype structure. The study was based on an experimental program carried out at the JRC ELSA Laboratory with the aim of assessing the seismic behaviour of flat-slab structures. Numerical models of the test structure were developed and nonlinear static and dynamic analyses were carried out. Two seismic retrofit techniques were numerically simulated to enhance the seismic performance of the structure. First the structure was rehabilitated by concrete jacketing of columns with added longitudinal and transverse reinforcement. The second intervention was based on confinement of column ends by using FRP wrapping. The results of this study provide information about the seismic performance of a common type of R/C structure not covered by the provisions of Eurocode 8, as well as the potential to mitigate the expected damage for varying earthquake intensity through retrofit. The comparison of the overall seismic response of the bare and rehabilitated structures showed the seismic performance improvements provided by the retrofitting interventions.

Abstract: Overall elastic-plastic stability behavior of cable-stayed ultra-high strength steel (660MPa) column with welded I-section is studied by geometric and material nonlinear FEM of software ANSYS. Longitudinal residual stresses and initial imperfections are taken into consideration. The results indicate that cable-stayed type can significantly improve overall stability bearing capacity and effectively control mid-span deflection of ultra-high strength steel column.

Abstract: The numerical simulation of seismic performance for Carbon fiber strengthening node of reinforced concrete framework under the action of seismic wave was done by finite element analytical software-ANSYS. Compared with unstrengthened node, it was proved that node strengthened with Carbon fiber can obviously improve the seismic performance of the nodes.

Abstract: The intent of this paper is to investigate the flexural behavior of 4 recycled concrete simply-supported beams with same percentage of reinforntage of reinforcement and axial compressive strength but different replacement ratio of recycled aggregates.Besides the flexural capacity of normal section, the characteristics of both deflection and cracking are analyzed.Based on the experiment results, the following conclusions are drawn. In bending, the recycled concrete beam also has elastic, cracking, yield and ultimate point. The ultimate moment of recycled concrete beam can be estimated by the formula suggested by present code.

Abstract: Because the joists in the wall-beams are in eccentric tension during work and the concrete tensile strength is low, the bending capacity of normal section of wall-beams is not too large. Steel fibers mixed into the concrete, playing enhancement and crack-resistance roles would lead to changes in the nature of concrete materials so that it is impossible to fully use the existing research results of ordinary concrete wall-beams simply supported when studying bending behavior of normal section of steel fiber reinforced concrete wall-beams simply supported. Therefore, it is necessary to do pilot studies on bending behavior of normal section of steel fiber reinforced concrete wall-beams simply supported. Based on the vertical static load test of 12 steel fiber reinforced concrete wall-beams simply supported specimens under different fiber volume ratio conditions, the strains of steel and concrete, cracking load, failure load and development situation in the cracks were tested while working characteristics of steel fiber reinforced concrete wall-beams simply supported were studied. This paper discussed the effect of fiber volume ratio on cracking moment and ultimate moment of steel fiber reinforced concrete wall-beams simply supported, which shows that the optimum mixing amount of steel fiber is 1.2%. The conclusion is of great significance in both theory and engineering practice, and it helps to guide the application of practical engineering.

Abstract: In order to better understand the recycled concrete aggregate, it is essential to investigate the different mixture ratio in it. For determining the better mixture ratio of recycled concrete aggregate, the experimental investigation was conducted by making use of recycled concrete aggregate of different ratio instead of small stones in concrete, while maintaining the proportion of other raw materials of concrete unchanged. Its mechanical properties were also investigated. It is found that the better materials proportion of recycled concrete is that sand: recycled aggregate: water= 1: 1.8 : 2.1: 0.55.

Abstract: The composite bailey beam and fastener-style steel pipe group support possesses the characteristic of low security risk and construction cost. But its vertical crossing scope of the working area is comparatively huge with many factors which would influence the construction. Therefore, it is required to organize the construction meticulously, improve the construction technology and clarify the construction control points.

Abstract: Fabric art plays a vital role in the interior design. It is the most widely used elements in the interior ornament, including yarn, mantle, bedding, sofa, carpets, wall hangings and the cover of furniture …, almost everything. In general, in addition to a decorative role, the fabric art also has the following functions: Dividing the interior space; strengthen the privacy protection; integration of the relationship between human and space, materialized occupant‘s personality. But a professional design project is systematic. It is not to decorate a space simply. So, depending on fabric art excessively to decorate a space is not right and it is worth discussing how to use fabric art reasonably.

Abstract: Study on the characteristics of tensile bond strength in concrete interfacial transition zone. Calculate the tensile bond strength of interfacial transition zone in concrete by the way of vertical drawing cobblestones of different grain size from C30 concrete by MTS hydraulic loading system .(the grain size include 50,70,90,100mm) results show that:1.when the cobblestones diameter is in a certain range(<90mm in this experiment)or the bonded area is in a certain range(<5251 mm2 in this experiment), The tensile bond strength of concrete interfacial transition zone nothing to do with the cobblestones diameter and the bonding area.2.If the cobblestones diameter or the bonded area is too large, it will affect the bonding effect of the cobblestones and concrete, and cause the depression of tensile bond strength, Therefore , In the actual engineering we should avoid the use of large diameter cobblestones .3. The tensile bond strength of C30concrete interfacial transition zone is approximately 4% - 10% of compressive strength of concrete.
