Abstract: At the C4ISR architecture designing level, in order to describe and analysis the evolution of C4ISR systems in the future battlefield environment due to the functional failure of the military system resources and the adjustment of operational process, this paper proposes an evolution description framework of service view product within C4ISR architecture and analysis the evolutional process of the service view product contrasting by the designing process. Because the evolution of service view under the above two conditions is both related the evolution description of the service interaction process model, in order to ensure the correct evolution of model, so this paper puts forward a set of evolutional operation of SOV-3 to promain the rational structure of process and analysis’s the effectiveness of resources to support the service nodes of the service interaction process model after evolution.

Abstract: Based on the demonstration of some problems exposed in the fields of PLA equipment overhaul, this paper put forward the design scheme of the equipment overhaul management system in view of information technology. It described the design objective of system, analysed system business flow, built system construction from two sides of software and hardware, and introduced the key technology and development platform for system implementation. This system has reading/encoding RFID card, photography, satellite positioning functions, which can automatically collect and transfer information during the process of the equipment overhaul. It is convenient for analysing system to office staff, and ensures the equipment overhaul expenditures was used reasonably.

Abstract: This paper studies three-dimensional laser scanning system of human body, and make adjustments according to the world coordinate error correction based on the point cloud obtained. This paper also analyzed the cause and characteristics of three-dimensional laser scanning system’s world coordinates error, and established the world coordinate correction model on the condition that vertical column coordinate error is not included in the calibration plane and the error is minimum relative to other highly cross-section. With a standard rectangular timber as the scan objects, correction factor is fitted and the effectiveness of this method is proved through experiments in which point cloud’s world coordinate error is significantly reduced.

Abstract: In order to improve accuracy of constant altitude fly at low altitude and fly track of glide down to fixed altitude, aeroplane’s control scheme of glide down to fixed low altitude with PID compensatory link were designed. At the same time, the corresponding control laws had been designed. After simple analysis about working principle of the aeroplane’s control system, simulation researches were done to optimize designed control laws, so that achieving expectant requirement. Simulation results show that designed control scheme and control law were accurate and effective.

Abstract: The problems of goals non-reachable with obstacles nearby (GNRON) and dead lock caused by local minimum were described when using Artificial Potential Field (APF) methods for mobile robot path planning in complex environment. Considering the geometric relationship of different obstacles, the heuristic factor of virtual attractive forces was introduced to solve the local minimum problem. Simulation results indicate that the evolutionary method of APF can realize optimal path planning in complex environment, which makes up the disadvantages of traditional APF method.

Abstract: There are kinds of animal diseases and a smaller number of experts in the corresponding field of disease diagnosis expert. So animal husbandry units are unable to make a rapid and accurate diagnosis for animal diseases generally. To solve this problem, the paper is proposed a model of animal disease diagnosis expert system based on HSMC-SVM. In theory, it confirms that HSMC-SVM is feasible in applying of animal diseases diagnosis expert system. Numerical experiments verify HSMC-SVM has higher accuracy and better generalization ability in the diagnosis of animal diseases.

Abstract: The objective of the research was to develop an advanced hazard management information system in air transportation system, which was a supportive tool for the implementation of safety management system and safety risk management. Firstly, hazard management process was outlined taking account of the regulator, the air operator/air navigation service provider/airdrome and their responsibilities, the process clearly showed the necessity of such a system. The system fulfills five basic functions: hazard log management, inspection service, alerting service, statistics service and system management, it matches the needs of daily hazard management. Furthermore, architecture of the system and key algorithms was discussed in the paper. By using web technology, i.e. JSP and MySQL, the hazard management information system was developed based on B/S structure. Application of the system will definitely facilitate safety risk management and make safety management more proactive and efficient.

Abstract: Audio directional system is a new-style loudspeaker, which can project the sound beam onto a given region as light beam. In this paper, the basic working principle and the system components of audio directional system are proposed. The total harmonic distortion of the self-demodulated signal is analyzed based on “Berktay far-field solution”. Besides, this paper has designed the audio directional experimental system whose performances have been tested. The shortcomings of the self-demodulation theory are pointed out after the comparison between the test data and the theoretical analysis results.
