Abstract: As wide application of EEPROM devices in space and military field, more and more researches focus on its radiation hardened characteristics in international. To improve the single-event effect (SEE) tolerant ability of read-out circuits in the memory, a radiation hardened circuit is designed. The design kernels of radiation hardened latch-flip are given and designed to resist the single-event upset (SEU) effect. A correction circuit is proposed to resist the single-event transient (SET) effect. The performances of this design are: SEU (LET)th ≥ 27 MeV•cm2/mg, SEL(LET)th ≥ 75 MeV•cm2/mg , read out time ≤200 ns. The new design not only satisfied the needs of present work, but supplies a worthful reference for radiation hardened circuit design in future.

Abstract: In light of the characteristics of centralized dust removal and pneumatic cut tobacco feeding dust removal system of linking assembly units, by use of a control system of Siemens S7-300, a control technology of field bus Profibus-DP, an operating system of human computer interface and Variable-frequency drive technology, the realization of constant voltage negative feedback control makes the system running stably under various load condition, and ensures windlass set in normal working condition, and so improves production processes and saves energy.

Abstract: This paper introduces using digital electronic technology of knowledge and logic devices designed a four instruction set of the microprocessor, this processor enable the operation of eight-bit binary number. Complete hardware and instruction set of microprocessor design, the microprocessor can add two unsigned eight-bit binary number, subtraction, multiplication and division functions.

Abstract: In the paper, an in-car audio entertainment node is designed, which is a kind of pre-installed automobile electronic assemblies. In order to reduce auto wiring harness and solve the communication problem between nodes, the hardware and software of the electrical control system were designed by using body CAN bus technology. The product has been successfully applied in a model which is made in joint ventures with foreign auto makers. The practical operation shows that functions are practical and reliable. It reaches completely design requirements, with good user experience and value.

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of computer technology, high speed data acquisition and storage system has been widely applied in plenty of engineering fields, such as radar, aerospace industry, communication, etc. In order to satisfy the increasing requirement, we present the design structure of a novel integrated instrument for ultra-high speed data acquisition and storage, which is composed of ultra-high speed data acquisition, high speed data transmission and solid storage three main sub-systems. The detailed design and realization of the sub-systems are presented. We test and analysis the performance of the integrated instrument and the actual results show that the instrument performs stably and provides excellent speed and precision.

Abstract: Headbox is one of the key components in a paper machine. Continual changes and improvements are undergoing for headbox in structure, performance and control owning to the increasing demands both on the speed of paper machine and on the quality of paper. Aiming at dilution water of hydraulic headbox, this paper based on OPC technology, collecting quantitative banner data from the host computer of the the QCS lateral control subsystem , sending this data to the PLC by MPI or Profibus ,then the headbox can be controlled effectively.

Abstract: Fault discovery, isolation and recovery has become more and more important in the satellite avionics design with more and more autonomous and intelligent requirement to satellite. A brief review of fault discovery, isolation and recovery technologies are introduced in the sort of fault detection, fault isolation and fault recovery. A fault discovery, isolation and recovery system architecture for satellite avionics is proposed, the specific fault detection and isolation design is introduced in detail, the possible recovery solutions is also suggested.

Abstract: This paper tries to design a stripline-type inductor with high sensitivity that is used for micro-fluid in downhole nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) detection. It discusses the design theory for the probe, and does analysis and simulation to guide the optimal geometric parameters. Radiofrequency B1 field homogeneity is evaluated. Finally, the prototype is made.

Abstract: Aiming at the long time-delay and nonlinearity of resistance furnace temperature control, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of PID algorithm, and puts forward temperature fuzzy control system design methods of resistance furnace based on TMS320LF2407A DSP. Fuzzy control algorithm is applied to change the output duty cycle of pulse width modulation (PWM) wave, which achieves power adjustment control of resistance furnace temperature. Through field debugging, the results show that this temperature control system has fast speed of the dynamic response and high steady-state accuracy, and prove that fuzzy controller design method and PWM control measures are correct and effective.

Abstract: This paper presents a novel vehicle exhaust gas measurer based on CPLD. Because P89C668 single chip machine has only a UART, ISP programming port, micro-printer interface and last position machine communication port need to serial communication. To solve this contradiction, interface design is chose for EPM7128SLC84-15 chip, which single chip machine control and use one function. QUARTUS Ⅱsoftware development tool and VHDL program language are adopted. modularization programming mode of CPLD is compiled, which every module has a corresponding VHDL file. The results show that design cost is reduced 18% and development cycle decrease to 15 month, vehicle exhaust gas measurer can meet expectant request.
