Abstract: With the analysis of vehicle braking drum overheated which has caused brake invalid,this paper put forward a kind of research way to improve the problem of braking drum overheated. Through auto control it spurts water to lower the temperature to the overheated hub to solve the problem of brake invalid which is caused by braking hub overheated,improve the constancy of braking efficiency,guarantee the security of vehicle drive.

Abstract: Aimed at the complicated nonlinear relationship between the flux attenuation and various on salt density factors, the luminous flux attenuation, relative humidity and ash density are chosen as inputs, the ESDD (the equal salt deposit density) is chosen as output, a RBF neural network model which can solve the modeling and control problem preferably in complex system with serious nonlinear is built. This model shows high accuracy after training by orthogonal least square (OLS) learning algorithm.Then ESDD online monitoring system is developed for fieldwork with the application of the model results.

Abstract: Interrupt handling in out-of-order execution processors requires complex hardware schemes to maintain the sequential state. By managing the interaction with external systems through effective use of interrupts can dramatically improve system efficiency and the use of processing resources. The actual process of determining a good handling method can be complicated, challenging and fun. Numerous actions are occurring simultaneously at a single point and these actions have to be handled fast and efficiently. The paper will provide a practical guide to designing an interrupt handler and discuss the various trade-offs between the different methods. The interrupt handling process of S3C2410X is described, normally, S3C2410X interrupt controller requests interrupt from kernel interrupt FIQ or IRQ of S3C2410X after the interrupt arbitration. The experiment purpose and experiment equipment is detailed listed. Finally, the author explored into the experiment principle and experiment procedure.

Abstract: The widely use of P2P (Peer-to-Peer) technology has caused resources take up too much, security risks and other problems, it is necessary to detect and control P2P traffic. After analyzing current P2P detection methods, a new method called TCBDM (Traffic Characters Based Detection Method) is put forward which combines P2P traffic character with support vector machine to detect P2P traffic. By choosing P2P traffic characters which differ from other network traffic, such as Round-Trip Time (RTT), the method creates a SVM classifier, uses a package named LIBSVM to classify P2P traffic in Moore_Set data sets. The result shows that TCBDM can detect P2P traffic effectively; the accuracy could reach 98%.

Abstract: Multi-station turntable, widely used in industrial automation field, has become an indispensable device in the automation assembly line. The positioning accuracy of traditional mechanical turntable is largely affected by the machining accuracy of Geneva wheel, Ratchet and Cam. The positioning accuracy level has a crucial influence on processing and assembly accuracy, and production efficiency. This paper presents a measuring method to measure positioning accuracy by eddy current sensor. To achieve the positioning accuracy the writer measures the distance between the probe and the measuring block in the circumferential tangent direction. When the turntable turns to a station, the sensor probe is manually adjusted to align it with the measuring block. In this way, the positioning accuracy can be measured conveniently and directly.

Abstract: In view of the inaccuracy and low sensitivity of resistive touch-screen in small point target environment, two measures were proposed. First, based on the existing three-point calibration algorithm, more points were sampled to improve coordinate conversion precision, greedy algorithmm reduced the random calibration point set, and least squares algorithm fit the final calibration coefficients. Another measure was to utilize the touch pressure measurement and pressure threshold decision to remove invalid click. Finally, test results show that multi-point calibration with greedy algorithm can improve the precision of coordinate calibration, and the adoption of pressure decision can effectively enhance the system’s adaptability to touch intensity.

Abstract: Currently the plastic products are with complex and diverse structures. The putting forward of developing blow molding controller is of great significance speaking from wall thickness control. This article designs the extrusion blow molding controller from two aspects, namely, software system and hardware system, with the aim to achieve the reasonable thickness of controlled parison and improve the products’ competitiveness by greatly reducing consumption of the raw materials.

Abstract: Vibratory feeder is a device which is used to arrange small workpieces in neat rows and convey them from one place to another by vibratory feeding. It has been playing a key role in automation production. According to manufacturing equipments for the chassis of vibratory bowl feeder, this paper makes studies mainly in the followings: (1) introduces the principle of the vibratory feeder briefly, (2) the mechanical structure of the automatic extrusion device for curved chassis of vibratory feeder is designed, including frame, moulds and guiding mechanism, (3) static analysis, mould stress analysis are done by using the finite software ANSYS, (4) based on the electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, a hydraulic system is designed, (5) a control system based on STC89C52RC MCU(Micro Control Unit) is given. The problems of automatic extrusion for the curved chassis of vibratory feeder are successfully solved through the theoretical and experimental studies, which achieves the expected design goals and fills in a gap in this field in China, which brings great economic and social potential benefits and has wide application prospect.

Abstract: For improving monitoring the sewage in pipeline, and improving the accuracy of the transmission in network, the remote monitoring system based on wireless sensor network and GPRS is designed. The test show that communications among the system are realized reliably and the requirements are met respectively. The application of the system can well meet the demands of remote monitoring system for sewage in pipeline.

Abstract: This paper addresses the design of a 3.0-8.0GHz direct-conversion receiver front-end chip for ultra-wideband (UWB) WiMedia/MBOA data communication. It comprises a partial noise cancellation broadband low-noise amplifier (LNA) and a linearity enhancement quadrature mixer. The simulation results show that the chip performance achieved the input reflection coefficient better than -11dB along the entire band and a minimum single sideband noise figure (SSB NF) of 6.57dB at IF frequency of baseband. The conversion gain ranges from 24.9dB to 29.5dB while the input third order interception point (IIP3) ranges from 1.5dBm to 8.7dBm. The chip core merely consumes 20mW from 1.2V supply.
