Abstract: Heat treatment is used to tumors. In this paper, a novel system is proposed. Through DS18B2 collecting environmental temperature and FPGA, The system adjust the foreign output PWM waves to control the heating temperature in real time. The test demonstrated that the system achieve good effect in heat treatment.

Abstract: In order to improve the displacement output signal resolution of SMC CE1 series digital cylinders, a four fold-frequency subdivision and direction-judgment control unit based on FPGA is designed. The performance of the four fold-frequency subdivision and direction-judgment control unit is studied by simulation. The research results show that the four fold-frequency subdivision and direction-judgment control unit can improve the SMC CE1 cylinder displacement output signal resolution from 0.1mm to 0.025mm, which proves the validity of the four fold-frequency subdivision and direction-judgment control unit. This four fold-frequency subdivision and direction-judgment control unit can be used in the pneumatic closed loop control system of SMC CE1 series digital cylinder and greatly improve the system control precision. And this kind of four fold-frequency subdivision and direction-judgment control unit is also valuable for the resolution improvement of other SMC cylinders displacement output signals.

Abstract: Video event detection technology has become a hot issue in the Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS) research. It mainly uses in highways, tunnels, urban roads and other video surveillance systems. This paper makes a brief overview on the development of video detection technology at home and abroad. It describes the working principles and key technologies of the two kinds of incident detection technology based on virtual detection loop and video vehicle tracking, compare above two technology to sum up their advantages and disadvantages. At last it introduces the typical products of the domestic and foreign video event detection technology, their applications and performance index.

Abstract: In order to improve the control quality of water level for boiler drum, a fuzzy self-tuning PID level controller for boiler drum was designed based on the fuzzy logic principle. The fuzzy logic toolbox and Simulink module of Matlab software were used for the modeling of the water level control system of boiler drum. Numerical simulation was implemented. The result shows that the fuzzy self-tuning PID control has such virtues as smaller overshoot, shorter regulating time and stronger robustness than conventional three-element PID control. The fuzzy self-tuning PID control is especially effective for nonlinear system like boiler with multivariable, large time lagged and strong coupling. It is a very effective control method with widely application prospect.

Abstract: The Semiconductor laser frequency stabilization is the important study topic because of its increasing popular. We introduce a simply experimental setup method of the frequency stabilization of a 780 nm diode laser by only a tiny current in the laser audio modulation, photodiode receiver, and locking the transmission peaks. Use this method, the laser can be locked to the resonance peak of the Fabry-Perot cavity. The linewidth of laser is below 400 kHz, and it runs continually above 3 hours.

Abstract: A novel S/H circuit is introduced in this paper. Every components of S/H circuit is described in detail. The stimulated results show that the S/H circuit has very good performance. The stimulate SFDR of the circuit is 89dB and SNR 78dB.

Abstract: This electronic Logging while drilling (LWD) is a new sort of well drilling technology developed in recent years. As to the traditional cable borehole survey, the LWD method has many advantages because of its higher accuracy, higher geologic strata resolution capacity, much less time and cost. To meet the current logging technology needs, A data acquisition and processing system for logging while drilling is designed.It minutely introduces the collection system structure, acquisition Program, the digital design of LWD and discusses the design and the implementation of each functional module.The system which designed on the basis of the high precise DSP and FPGA implements signal pretreatment, high speed A/D control and digitalization of the phase sensitive demodulation etc, optimizes the acquisition and processing system and supplies a new way for the development of logging while drilling.Experimental results show that system performance has attained the design requirement.

Abstract: In this paper, based on characteristic analysis of driver training operation, a new approach of information acquisition for driver training is found, which is through extracting acceleration information. The information acquisition device which is under MEMS three-axis acceleration transducer, based on ADXL335 and MCU, can achieve real-time and accurate measurement of vehicles’ three-dimensional acceleration. By comparing the change curve of measured acceleration with the related data of good driver, the existing problems will be found out. In this way, the driver training operation can be assessed in a timely way.

Abstract: In accordance with the phenomenon of 0# diesel be cannot used in winter of northern china, put forward the low consum-ing fuel system that diesel is heated to the set temperature in oil depot, for locomotive use 0# diesel fuel. heat exchanger as the control object in the system,firstly, the mathematical model of the heat exchanger is established.secondly, the transfer function using system recognition is getted.thirdly, the fuzzy PID controller is designed and simulation was done. the simulation curve was analyzed. Finally the conclusion is presented, which the fuzzy PID in this system is better than the traditional PID.

Abstract: RFID, a radio frequency identification technology, it is a kind of communication technology, through the radio signal to identify specific targets and to read and write data, without the need for recognition system with specific target is established between the mechanical or optical contact. Dangerous chemicals as a special commodity, has greatly improved the life of people, but its inherent danger to human survival threat. Based on RFID technology, this paper proposed some ways and methods of dangerous chemicals management, to strengthen the management of dangerous chemicals and reduce the heavy accident to occur with the people's lives and property loss.
