Design on Control System of Cutting Machine for Chip Component Based on Vision Positioning

Abstract:

The control system of a vision-based positioning cutting machine of cutting molding for micro chip components has been designed in this paper. The industrial computer is regarded as the control core part in order to achieve the motion control of the equipment, the image capture and other functions. In addition, in the design the visual recognition is organically combined with the precision mechanism, the precise positioning in the cutting process of the equipment and its operation stability is ensured. In this paper, the system's modularization design as well as the functions realized by each module is introduced. The cutting machine work flow chart and the hardware structure chart of control system is given.
