Abstract:

With the expanding of economic development and social demand of electricity, the issue of electricity behavior trust becomes into one of the bottleneck of the power supply enterprise on cutting down line loss and increasing profits. Traditional electricity behavior management level has certain limitations, therefore it have been established a hierarchy evaluation model for electricity behavior trust in each month and a assessment model based on sliding window for long-term electricity behavior trust. Considering the history and recent records, assisting managers not only grasp the current state of the customer's consumption behavior but also master the long-term development trends of behavior trust and improving the management level for the ultimate goal to increase the corporate profits from conserving energy and lowering line loss.
