Research on Management of Emergency Supplies Reserves For Integrated Military-Civilian

Abstract:

Currently there are several aspects in the management of emergency material reserves, such as limited resources of emergency supplies reserves, lagging in the contingency reserve technology development and non-consistency of reserve process of emergency supplies. How to optimize the management of emergency supplies stored using rational design method is the focus of this study. On the basis of analysis of existing inadequate emergency supplies reserves in China, building three-level management mechanism of emergency supplies reserves in view of local, military and related organizations is proposed. The multi-level inventory management system is put forward according to fair share allocation method, ABC classification and statistics that have occurred in the case of disaster supplies needed. Based on the limited storage resources for emergency reserves, the relevant indicators coefficient is constructed by the Delphi method and the coefficient of variation method, and the optimal type of emergency supplies reserves is ultimately obtained through the dynamic programming method.
