Renovation for Guiding Trail of Machine Tool by Milling Instead of by Scraping

Abstract:

The paper has taken C618 machine tool as an example to introduce the technical process for renovation of guiding trail of machine tool, as well as the adjustment of the machine tool under renovation and the geometric precision of the machine tool after being renovated. The renovation method has been proved by practices to be of certain economic and social benefits, and therefore is of practical use and referential value.
