Study on Decision Planning of Real Estate Project

Abstract:

Project planning is a creative and value-added process, and project decision planning is an important job before a real estate project gets approval. The paper analyses the concept and characteristics of real estate project decision planning, and discusses the idea of real estate project decision planning. Especially contents of the real estate project decision planning are deeply studied which include environmental investigation and analysis, project positioning planning, project definition and target planning, project economic and technology planning, organization and management planning of project .
