Mechanism Study of Conflict Analysis and Countermeasure about BOT Project Organization

Abstract:

This paper analyzes BOT project for its basic operational procedures and organizational structure. Conflict of BOT project organization is divided into two levels. On this basis, respectively, to the general contractor and the project company as its core, described main task undertaken by the project stakeholders. It establishes a knowledge-based difference, the two-level model for organizational conflict of BOT projects.
