The Developing and Financing Model of Xiangzhong International Logistics Park

Abstract:

The construction of Xiangzhong international logistics park is a logistics infrastructure project of large investment and long payback period. Only takes a reasonable developing and financing model can we implement the construction plans. Analysis on the basis of the developing mode and experience of domestic and foreign logistics park, we find it that the comprehensive developing model is the best choice according to the specific conditions and situation about the region of Xiangzhong international logistics park. In order to ensure the found sources of the development of the logistics park, we suppose two possible options on the financing model of the huge founds for the park construction that is financing by formatting a state-owned assets investment and management company and financing by setting up a joint stock company.
