Assembly Planning Method Based on Design Structure Matrix

Abstract:

Aiming at the existent resource constraints problems during the assembly process of complex electromechanical products, mission planning method based on design structure matrix is put forward. Utlizing the divding and uniting calculation in the design structure matrix, the assembly missions are divided into several different layers. By constantly adjusting the planning method, the shortest excutive construction period under the resource constraints is obtained, with features as simplicity, intuition, easiness for computer realizing and so on. The feasibility of the method is proved by solving the assembly mission planning problems of NC machine.
