Mechanical Test System for Large-Scale Structures in the Field Environment of Low Temperature

Article Preview

Abstract:

A mechanical test system for large-scale structures in the field environment of low temperature was developed. The system consists mainly of the mobile-laboratory cabin, the electrometric-instrument system and the power supply system. After the completion of the present system, large-scale structures such as tall buildings , bridges and dams can investigate easily the behaviors subjected by exterior loads in the low-temperature condition.
