Measurement and Evaluation of the Wearing Condition of the Tire Tread

Abstract:

According to the tire structure and surface morphology characteristics, the laser vision sensing technology was used to measure the wearing condition of the tire. Scan to obtain the depth parameters of the wearing tire tread and the experimental data was compared with the theoretical data of the tire before worn to obtain a comprehensive evaluation. Based on the discussion of the composition and structure of the system, the testing method, the software control, error analysis and compensation, the measured results were further analyzed.
