Identification of Eddy Dynamometer in Vehicle Emission Test Based on SMI Method

Article Preview

Abstract:

The dynamic model of the eddy dynamometer used in the vehicle emission test under driving mode was identified by subspace model identification method. And the state space model was established through experimental design and model order analysis . Comparison with the experiment of lugdown test and residual analysis show that the model is feasible by subspace methods for eddy dynamometer control system. The model built by the identification method has high accuracy, it can be used for the design of the control law with the eddy dynamometer control .and then the simulation accuracy of the driving conditions can be improved.
