Study on DVR Based Fault Current Limiter

Article Preview

Abstract:

According to the operation principle of the DVR and analyzing of FCL’ s (fault current limiter) control objectives, this paper presents a new way that can fulfill the multiple control of the DVR. By using different kinds of control modes, it can make the DVR do the same way as FCL. It also establishes a single phase model basing on this theory. At last, it points out the future application of this new theory.
