Abstract: The development of the technologies in the electric power industry has promoted the application of the automatic equipments, and simultaneously has given rise to the great difficulties for the operational control of the operation personnel. Besides, the arrival of the era of information knowledge has driven the popularity and application of the network technology, and also the network control system starts to be applied to the operation of the electric power communication. The application of the computer network to the automatic control on the communication equipments has greatly reduced the difficulties of the communication transmission in the operation of the monitoring devices as well. In accordance with this point, the author lays a stress on the analysis on the automation equipments and network controls in electric power communication in this paper.

Abstract: In order to achieve the power quality disturbance signal feature extraction and automatic classification of power quality disturbances based on the generalized S transform to identify the improved algorithm, the generalized S transform results according to the power quality disturbance signal, extract the characteristics of power quality disturbance signal, to achieve power quality disturbances automatic identification of the signal. Through a standard sinusoidal signal simulation examples prove that the algorithm has high noise immunity, simple structure, and high recognition rate.

Abstract: For better design and control of the space turntable, a model for measuring its angular velocity was built. The model utilized a two-axis space turntable to perform the simulation basing on the coordinate conversion theory. The measuring simulation went on with the help of MATLAB software using different carrier attitude angles. It shows the maximal error in the sub astral point longitude and/or latitude is 0.00785 degrees when comparing with the STK results, certifying the validity of the models. The satellite attitude angles have influence on the angular velocity, the maximal azimuth angular velocity is 3.784 deg per sec, yet the elevation's is 0.6945 deg per sec when the attitude angles are all 20 degrees. This simulation process provides some guidance for designing, controlling and calibrating the space turntable.

Abstract: First analyze the spherical sensor measuring's principle, a measuring instrument of power-frequency electric field based on the GPRS wireless data transmission are designed. Compared with the traditional, it has the advantage of the power frequency field strength environment for real-time monitoring and remote control. Adopting the wireless transmission, thus overcome the defect of short transmission distance, poor real-time capability, and poor reliability. The staff through the PC can be achieved on the field measurement of regional control Establish the power frequency electric field calculation model. the simulation of the 500kV single circuit of high voltage transmission lines in the same tower, Finally The results show that the system have higher sampling accuracy and more reliability of data transmission.

Abstract: Using other visual information of object to compute its location is attracting lots of researchers and engineers in recent years. In this pager, a new real-time multiple points tracking and localization system is introduced while keeping the robustness in a certain degree. The ma¬j¬or contributions of our paper are: several infrared LEDs are used to avoid the interference of visible light, some wide-angle lens of the cameras are incorp¬orated to expand th¬e v¬isual field of cameras, and a real-time multiple points t¬r¬acking method is used to accelerate the points association among several ima¬g¬es captured from different cameras. In experiments, we mounted the points o¬n the flying robot to demonstrate that the real-time tracking is robust and the localization accuracy meets the application requirements.

Abstract: In this paper, we experimentally characterize the Inga As/Imp avalanche photodiode (APD), which is working in Geiger mode, so as to choose the single photon detector for quantum communication. Due to the fact that bias of APD tends to be flat after avalanche, we first adopt the methodology of passive quenching to determine dark breakdown voltage. Experiment results indicate that temperature reduction will widen the optimal operating region and increase the optimal multiplication; therefore APD will be more sensitive. Epitaxial APD is the best choice for single-photon detection among the APDs we have tested for its low noise level and high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Finally, we design a mixed passive-active quenching integrated circuit with gate control, which is quick with the quenching time of about 25ns and has controllable dead time with minimum of about 60ns.

Abstract: A high efficient method is provided to count the number of kernels in an ear corn. PC camera captured a sequence of images around an ear corn using a simple device. The Otsu's algorithm was applied for background segmentation. An object processing area was obtained after contour extraction. The x-direction cumulative histogram was used to extract every row of the ear corn. The y-direction cumulative histogram was used to detect the number of corn kernels in a row. The number of rows was got by matching the edge of the current ear row with the first one. The time of detecting kernels for an ear corn was below 2 minutes and the average accuracy was about 95% in experiment. It shows that this method can detect the quantity of kernels directly in an ear corn quickly and effectively using a low-cost device.

Abstract: Having designed and achieved a sort of wireless video network system based on 3G TDCDMA, this system is applied to provide users witht function which is online browsing service of real-time natural landscape on the Mt. Everest. By means of erecting the video cameras on the Mt. Everest and 3G network service based on H.264 video coding technique to preview post-coding data via WEB server on the internet. Through the use of 3G network technology and H.264 video coding technology, users are able to get access to the video with higher quality, implementing the function of browsing scenery in scenic.

Abstract: The pressure information collection of bridge buildings is important to monitor the healthy status of the bridge buildings. For the defects of traditional pressure information collection system, the paper designs a system for collecting the pressure information of bridges based on the IoT. To meet the demand of real time, the system sends the pressure information collected by pressure sensors to the data processing center through the CAN bus. Before storing the pressure information into the database, the system will fill the incomplete pressure information to provide the bridge experts with useful information. Simulation experiments show the system can collect the pressure information of bridges in real time and meet the demand of bridge experts.

Abstract: When the compress-air bottle is used it appears a phenomenon that the coagulation-water is remained in the bottle. The coagulation-water not only will diminish the dimension of the compress-air bottle but also bring chemical reaction to affect the whole intensity, resistance to pressure and life of the bottle. A new opinion is brought forward about using gas status equation to compute coagulation-water the compress-air bottle, we can gain a master of the volume of coagulation-water and improve the accuracy of measuring.
