Analysis of the thin-wall shell parts of patterns size force, and points out that the cores of patterns resistance from six main place, make a design of the mould can reach this plastic parts required processing technology.

Abstract: In order to study the two-phase flow field in the SLG continuous powder surface modifying machine for non-metallic material, which have been widely used in the powder engineering of China, a three-dimensional CFD model is developed to make the numerical simulations of the inner gas-particle flow field based on the industrial SLG-3/600 type modifying machine. By the help of the Fluent software, the gas velocity field, pressure field, particle concentration field and moving trace of the two-phase flow field are obtained. The simulation results indicate that these fields are distributed non-uniformly in the SLG modifying machine. Besides, a shortcut phenomenon is observed during the moving of the particles. The numerical simulations can not only depict the flow characteristics inside the SLG modifying machine, but also present useful reference to the mechanism study and optimal design to further improve its structure and working parameters in the future.

Abstract: In order to reduce energy consumption and analyze energy-saving potential of building materials, the principle of the energy equilibrium is applied to establish the relationship between outdoor temperature, supply and return water temperature of heating system. A numerical simulation model of supply and return water temperature is deduced. Based on the predicted air temperatures and observed indoor temperature from Haiyuan community,a simulation experiment is executed. The experiments show that the root mean square error between simulated indoor temperature and required temperature (20°C) is 0.26°C, root mean square error between predicted and observed supply water temperature is 3.76°C. When the heat transfer coefficient is decreased by 10%, the predicted supply water temperature and return water temperature is decreased 3.8% and 3.2%, respectively. This means the prediction model has a good quality.

Abstract: Drawing-bulging forming is a forming method both deep drawing forming and bulge forming, it has been studied in a centrifuge cover for instance. The forming processes of the centrifuge cover have been analyzed, and the convex hull forming of the forming processes is a typical drawing-bulging forming. The convex hull forming has been analyzed by the theoretical calculations and finite element numerical simulation. The results shows that the convex hull forming should be earlier than the box-shaped forming, in this case, material flow is more conducive to control. In order to avoid the rupture in the forming process of the convex hull, the convex hull forming can be divided into two steps to complete, it can reduce inward deformation resistance of the external metal, and increase the composition of the deep drawing in the drawing-bulging forming, and ease the thinning of the convex hull of the corresponding location. Finally, the reasonable process plan of the workpiece was determined.

Abstract: Slope displacement time series prediction model,a combination of Local mean decomposition(LMD) and BP neural network is presented.By selecting train samples on the basis of monitoring data on slope displacement and conducting an adaptive decomposing, several production function is obtained.After that, BP neural network is used to forecast the PF and finally adding it all up and the result is the predicton of slope displacement. BP neural network is used to optimize the parameters so as to improve the forecast accuracy.The model is put into application on the slope displacement forecasting of the permanent lock slope.The case study shows that the prediction result is of high accuracy, scientifically valid and has potential value in the field of slope displacement time series prediction.

Abstract: To improve the flexibility and adaptability of the existing multi-core cipher system, this paper designs a multi-core cipher processing system based on NoC. By enlarging the cipher processing instructions on the RISC architecture, this system ensures the performance and flexibility of algorithms on the multi-core system. In addition, this paper designs dedicated data frames architecture for cipher processing and proposes a assignment partition mechanism for differ-ent application conditions. The system has finished the prototype verification on the platform of FPGA. The result shows that the system can realize the common algorithms flexibly, and the per-formance can reach 1Gbps.

Abstract: In view of popular files downloaded largely are similar to infectious diseases spreading, the multi-species epidemic model with spatial dynamics in medical area is applied to describe the file distribution process in P2P file sharing system. And on this basis, basic reproduction number is applied to describe the corresponding constraints in file transmission that can be used to express if the infectious diseases to outbreak. By simulation experiments, we demonstrated the basic reproduction number can be well used to calculate ability of file distribution and to reflect efficiency variation through different parameters values.

Abstract: This paper introduces data formats of DWG files, and offers simple description of each separate part of the file. People always use Autodesk AutoCAD to view and get information of DWG files. This paper tries to get the information without relevant platform of AutoCAD, and make use of the information to do some work about three-dimensional modeling of DWG files.

Abstract: According to the RFC5210 standard SAVA architecture, This paper designed a certification program within the source address based on MAC address of IPv6.Use the OPNET Simulation the network performance (server delay and load) under normal state and dos attack state .The results show that the program could be effective in preventing a single degree of autonomy within the source address spoofing, and improve network stability.
