Abstract: Based on the established full-car active suspension model, fuzzy control theory was combined with neural network control, the fuzzy neural network control system of vehicle active suspension was designed, simulation and analysis of random road input and sine wave input were carried on. The results show that, by comparison with the traditional suspension system, the peak and standard deviation of vehicle mass vertical acceleration decreased by 55.38% and 59.04%, the peak of vehicle mass vertical acceleration decreased by 49.96% when vehicle go through the sine wave at the speed of 5m/s, the ride comfort was improved obviously.

Abstract: A fully integrated CMOS receiver front-end with digital output for optical signal processing system is presented. This circuit is composed of trans-impedance amplifier (TIA) for weak optical current detection, post-amplifier for both a linear and limiting amplification, control circuits and the digital output interface. Measured with photodiode which is driven by pulse voltage source, a sensitivity of 0.7μA was achieved. The current model methodology is employed to optimize the noise performance. The front-end consumes the current of 1.5mA with the power supply of 3.3V. The design was done in a low-cost standard CMOS process with 0.6μm featured size, taking area of 600μm×150μm excluding the bonding pads.

Abstract: This paper describes the selection of calculation method of ABAQUS software in the bearing’s assembly process through the establishment of the engine body, the bearing cap, the bearing and other parts of the three-dimensional FEA model [1], using three different loading methods of main bearing over surplus and studying the application of the assembly process of marine diesel engine’s bearing calculation method.

Abstract: The rigid frame joint node is rigid node. And each rod can not only withstand the tension- compression load, but also can bear the bending. For the complicated rigid frame, to work out every rod internal stress by artificial calculation is difficult. In ABAQUS, the wire model can be built to simulate the real rigid frame. After setting the attributes, loads, grid, computing parameters in the wire model, the reaction force, internal stress and deformation can be output in graphic. Then according to the relevant codes, the simulation results can be used to check the strength of rigid frame. It is verified that for analyzing the rigid frame strength, the modeling was convenient and results were accurate in ABAQUS, which greatly improved the work efficiency.

Abstract: Based on the working principle of the hydraulic system for the working device of ZL60 wheel loader, the power bond graph of its hydraulic system is established by using the power bond graph method under the different working conditions. The power dynamic equations of the system is written out according to the established power bond graph and the Simulink simulation model has been established under the bucket backward operating condition on the basis of the power dynamic equations of the system. This simulation will be carried out by Setting the simulation parameters of the hydraulic system, applying the Simulink software and compiling the M function file. Through these studies, the performance curve of the hydraulic system can be obtained.

Abstract: In order to determine proper structural parameters of the new high efficient mixer created by the author, the CFD software is applied to simulate numerically three dimensional incompressible turbulent fields for three static mixing units and the mixing unit with rotating impellor. The static mixing units include three kinds of spiral blades that are single-blade style, three-blade style and four-blade style. Geometric models are built by Pro/ENGINEER and exported to Fluent. The time-mean Reynolds equations and standard turbulent model are applied, and the post-processing software is used to analyze the computational results, and velocity contours and stress contours of mixing fluids in the static mixer will be obtained. The computational results indicate that the direction of outlet velocity of three-blade fluid flow turns more dramatically in comparison with that of single-blade and four-blade fluid flow, and the shearing stress is more remarkable. Because the internal stress of three-blade fluid changes more, the mixing action among fluids is more intensified. All these show three-blade spiral blades have the best mixing effects for local fluids. The rotating impellor mounted between blades can change fluid flow direction and improve the mixing effect for local fluids, which is moved by fluid flow with some velocity.

Abstract: In this paper, we present the modeling and dynamics simulation of a six-DOF tunnel segment erector for tunnel boring machine (TBM), which is performed in the virtual prototype platform. The 3D virtual assembling model of a tunnel segment erector is built based on Pro/E software according to its design parameters such as structure and size. After the interference inspection, the model is imported into ADAMS through the interface module of Mech/Pro. The model is simplified and optimized reasonably and various constraints are applied under variety working conditions. The results of simulation show that the design has six degrees of freedom movement capacity which meets the design requirements. At the same time the dynamics characteristics of drives and the forces of each part are obtained and they will provide a boundary condition for strength check and basis for the power system design which is important for the further optimal design.

Abstract: This paper develops an algorithm for extracting stereolithography (STL) model from axisymmetric solid finite element (FE) mesh, so as to use 3D physical prototype instead of computer graphics-based visualization to express the deformation result of FE simulation. The key of the algorithm is to recognize contour node pairs from an axisymmetric solid element mesh, which exactly demonstrates that the proposed methodology is independent of axisymmetric element configuration, that is to say, it is applicable for either triangular, quadrilateral, or mixed triangular and quadrilateral axisymmetric solid element mesh.

Abstract: In this paper, we studied the method of calculating IFS code and auto-generated the fractal images based on IFS codes. The IFS codes of the English alphabet were calculated respectively, and the fractal images were generated in accordance with the IFS codes by using the Visual Basic program, then textile patterns were designed with the fractal images.

Abstract: The interaction design of games pay more attention to the information interfaces, but overlooks the players’ preference, which leads to usability problems for them. The problems include hand rigid, pain, and lack of exercise and so on. The players' preferences are closely connected with the interaction form, and interaction function. Thus, topics about how to improve the product’s usefulness are in much need for discussing. Nowadays, it is a shared dream that people can enjoy life in the highly stressed society. Therefore, the digital technology can be used in bike interaction design, then, simulate the interaction between the game and bicycle as well as stimulating the users to participate in the sports actively. It can create a new kind of sports experience to achieve a mutual beneficial interaction between games and players. In addition, bicycle has the advantage of activating the whole body and less likely injuring the body, which is an unique characteristic that video games do not have. Therefore, this paper will firstly summarize the interaction forms of game bicycle: the somatosensory steering, sense of speed, and virtual reality devices; secondly, the construction of the experiment platform; thirdly, access the interaction function by the interviewing after the experiment (subjective assessment) and measuring the heart rate (objective assessment). In the interview part, each device in terms of the cognitive, affectivity, usefulness, and satisfaction are all good enough in interaction function; and in the heart rate measurement part, each device has a good exercises function.
