Abstract: According to the actual situation of large range road disasters in seasonal frozen area, the road safety can reflect by the slope stability, the subgrade stability, the bridge safety and the ice(snow) on the road. The objective of this paper is to present a new monitoring and early-warning system, which can be used on the large range road in seasonal frozen area. The system consists of four parts, which are slope monitoring system, subgrade monitoring system, bridge monitoring system and ice(snow) monitoring system. In this system, the small world theory is used to build an IPv6 p2p network structure and semi-structured data is used to store any type of early-warning data. In addition, a bridge in western Changchun City in Jilin Province was selected as the case study example. Monitoring and early-warning results show that the system is stable and efficient , also can improve the scalability and reduce the dependence on central server in IPv6 network.

Abstract: Though the study on the tendency of expressway expansion at home and abroad, the paper analyses expressway reconstruction Project from macro levels of highway net optimization and micro levels of comparing with construction and expansion. And it finally raises some suggestions about optimizing reconstruction projects of expressway by making conclusion of current cases of existing expressway.

Abstract: Based on the weighted average time distance index, calculated the accessibility of 9 township nodes in Shenyang TieXi industrial corridor area with interpolation method and analyzed and appraised the whole area of accessibility. The results of the study show that, Shenyang TieXi industrial corridor accessibility spatial pattern is irregular saddle concentric ring distribution, and the accessibility centre is located in the town of Xinmintun, the outside accessibility to the worse, and show certain directivity of rapid trunk road.

Abstract: The trains on Passenger Dedicated Lines have higher speed, less kinds of train types and less stops than that on existing lines, so the line carrying capacity on PDL can be calculated based on the stops adjustment of the trains reasonably. Based on the traditional calculation method of deduction coefficient, it makes the line through capacity has the same times and mode of stops as the deduction foundation, and get the final capacity by stops adjustment. Combining with the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, it calculates the line through capacity in different condition respectively. It proves the method of line capacity calculation is available in the reality.

Abstract: This paper aims to present which port located in the North-Asian region can best fulfill the role of a hub int’l/int’l container transshipment port. The port of Shanghai is compared to the port of Busan in terms of types of traffic, their infrastructures, nearby competition and geographic position in relation to the major international shipping routes. An overview of their function due to their respective economy is also addressed.

Abstract: The liner transport has brought enormous influence on the liner ship company and the container port. The most obvious change is the arrival time of ships, which is restricted by the corresponding schedule timetables. Based on a hypothesis that ships reach port completely randomly, thus, the traditional queuing model is no longer suit for modern container terminal. Therefore, a new queuing model is suggested in this paper. And a simulation for the service system is also developed. Results of numerical examples show that the proposed queuing model is significant to the construction and operation of container terminals

Abstract: Planning entrance fairway is a key factor for building a sea port. Generally the quantitative and qualitative analysis on planning the entrance fairway is mainly based on the standards and regulations given by the administrations. However, these standards and regulations only deal with the respective factor but cannot cover synthetic respect of considering the project feasibility. Moreover it is very tough to do a real-ship trial for a planned entrance fairway. In this paper, maritime simulator is used for optimizing the planning of entrance fairway for Fujian LNG terminal. The outcome indicates that the width of the fairway can meet the requirement of Q-Flex LNG carrier entering the port and it is suggested to do more sweeping survey and set some aids to navigation for the planned waterway.

Abstract: One of the important ways to improve the transport capacity of China is to reduce time of departure interval, which must be based on the premise that safety is guaranteed. In this paper, based on block section, a safe departure interval (SDI) model is constructed, which focus on technology and management factors in the train operation. Using SDI model, safe departure interval time of Shanghai-Hangzhou railway line is calculated, and sensitivity of some factors are analyzed. The rustles indicate that there is plenty of room for decrease time of departure interval safely.

Abstract: Nodes importance evaluation is the element of transportation network planning. From the aspects of society and economy, highway traffic volume, traffic location, an evaluation system on nodes importance and traffic location of Highway Transportation Junction is established. For the accuracy of evaluation, Fuzzy-AHP is applied to calculate weight of each indicator as fuzziness is existed when factors are compared mutually. Besides, case study is made in Shandong Province, results demonstrate that it is scientific and feasible for planning of highway transportation hubs.
