Abstract: This paper analyzed the importance and necessity of building environmental inspection culture system, then system framework has been constructed by referencing that established in labor security supervision department and disciplinary department. Six cultures in the system are: philosophy culture, responsibility culture, organization culture, behavior culture, system culture and incorruptibility culture. By discussing content of each culture, several recommendations have been made including people-oriented philosophy culture abstraction, high-efficient responsibility culture highlight, distinctive organization culture improvement, internal and external behavior culture enhancement, orderly system culture and complete incorruptibility culture construction.

Abstract: A simple and reasonable, practical, strong quantitative evaluation method- entropy method is proposed for China's ecological environment to provide reference for the evaluation. However, in practical work, the factors, which have a great impact on eco-environment, are many but also have greater ambiguity and uncertainty. Just having simple value of estimate call not guides our work. So in this paper all kinds of affecting factors which environmental warning system are analyzed by gray correlation degree method and the relatively important arrange. It puts forward valuable suggestions for the effective using of environmental warning system in practical works.

Abstract: Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is a suite of policy tools for reducing the generation of wastes by promoting greater recycling and resource recovery and encouraging more sustainable product design. The concept of EPR and purpose is proposed. Three recovery modes and characteristics of the EPR are analyzed and corresponding implementation measurements are proposed.

Abstract: Backfill mining is an important technology of surface subsidence control and green mining. This paper analyzes the application condition and filling effect of waste rock gravity backfill mining, it also introduces a new waste rock gravity backfill mining technology which utilizes belt loader to transport waste rock to goaf. Belt loader waste rock gravity backfill mining can consume waste rock and achieve environmental protection, it also has the advantages of low filling cost, simple filling system, low labor intensity and safety, etc, so it can be promoted and applied in collieries widely.

Abstract: Arsenic is a toxic element, which is harmful to environment and human health. How to treat arsenic polluted water has become a global environmental concern. Current biological arsenic removal technology was researched base on plants, microorganisms and so on. Biological removal of arsenic technology has high efficiency, low cost, and low secondary pollution, which will be the most promising technology.

Abstract: Goosegrass Herb ( Eleusine indica ) and Canna (Canna indica L.) were used to remove the heavy metals of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr and Ni in the sewage sludge by potted planting. Taking the soil mixed by sludge and crimson soil according to sludge percent 25% to cultivate Goosegrass Herb and increasing the harvesting times could enhanced the removal efficiency of heavy metals significantly. Goosegrass Herb could be considered as the remediation plant for Cu, Zn, Cd and Ni. By Canna planting, final Zn, Ni and Cd contents in soil mixture could be reduced significantly, Canna could be used to reduce the Cd ,Ni and Zn concentration in sludge amended soil.

Abstract: Along with the implementing of eco-environment protection and socioeconomic development, water resource is a serious problem in Northwest China. Moreover, the socioeconomic development has been constrained.Meanwhile,a kind of ecosystems security has been threatened in the arid area.Based on the strategy of water source sustainable development, the principle and method of water for ecological demand (WED) are urgent in need of resolution. The actual features can be understand by case study in the artificial forest ecosystem and desert riparian ecosystem. With the guidance of eco-hydrology, WED features is obviously in arid area. The quality and quantity of WED have a larger variable range. Meanwhile, water use style is flexible. WED is under the control of water cycling and transfer efficiency of SPAC, which has close relation with vegetation growth.WED Estimation focused on some parameters and modeling. The ideas in WED have significances for improving eco-hydrology and water resource management and ecological practice as well as sustainable development of ecological industry in arid area.

Abstract: Forest biomass research data is the basic of researching many forestry and ecological issues therefore, accurately determining the forest biomass is very important both in production and in theoretical research .and it has the world's forest scientists and ecologist’s attention. Forest biomass research data is the basic of researching many forestry and ecological issues therefore, accurately determining the forest biomass is very important both in production and in theoretical research .and it has the world's forest scientists and ecologist’s attention. In this paper, the studies are the different ages, different densities of Pinus sylvestris (Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolia Lit v.) plantation ,based on the biomass data oItalic textf 9 standards and 45 standard wood in the trunks, sticks analytical, researching the age and density impacting on forest biomass; Statistic the distribution of part of the biomass, research the biomass of the relationship between the different size trees factor (diameter, height, crown and so on) and the single-wood components (tree trunks, branches, leaves) , Establish the regression model of part of the single-wood through applying the statistical analysis software; Estimate the total biomass of Pinus sylvestris plantation forest through using the single-wood biomass regression model, Estimate biomass of Pinus sylvestris plantation forest ,and analysis the changes of forest biomass of different age and stand density. This paper provide basic information for the researching of Pinus sylvestris plantation as well as scientific basis for understanding the productivity of Pinus sylvestris Plantation and reasonable business on it.

Abstract: The spatial structure features and distributing rules of six heavy metals of antimony mining area, Cr, Cu, Ni, Zn, As, Cd and their main influence factors were researched using geostatistics combined with GIS tools. The results showed that: six kinds of heavy metal elements presented lognormal distribution. The mean of six kinds of heavy metal concentrations were higher than soil background value of Hunan province. Cd, Zn and Pb have a good correlation with each other, but the correlation between the rest elements was not obvious. The semivariogram theoretical models of six heavy metals in the study area were well fitted. The concentrations of Sb, As, Zn and Cd exhibited strong spatial autocorrelations, whereas the concentrations of Hg and Pb presented moderate spatial autocorrelations. The production activities of antimony smelter and dressing plant within the study area were the main factors for the high heavy metal concentrations of the study area.

Abstract: Land Reclamation Suitability Evaluation is the basis to properly implement land reclamation, and to develop a practical land reclamation project. In this study, we've given full account to the drawbacks of the Limit Method, and precisely divided the evaluation units, to make Limit Method evaluation more accurate. We've put this method in practice, and obtained more scientific evaluation results.
