Abstract: This paper presents the technical advantages in the application of real-time database according to the development trend of ship electronic information system. The structures of RDM real-time database and processes of development are described in terms of the application of COTS technologies. Performance tests and competitive experiments are undertaken between commercial database and RDM real-time database, and the tests show the performance predominance of real-time database. Our paper fills a vacuum of experimentally performance test of real-time database in ship electronic information system.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the hardness of utilization and sharing of geospatial data, a new organization method of mass geospatial data based on global subdivision model was proposed in this study. First, the organization method of mass geospatial data based on GeoSOT was discussed in three aspects. Second, the unified organization framework and system platform was designed. This approach offers an effective way to implement management, organization and use of mass geospatial data.

Abstract: The need arises in parallel downloads of multilingual information for powerful graphical and analytical tools, as information with a variety of different languages distributed in different Web pages and the databases are heterogeneous and uneven in data grid. Petri net is a powerful graphical and mathematics tool for describing the concurrent, asynchronous and dynamic events. The parallel downloading of multilingual information was modeled and analyzed using extended timed colored Petri net (ETSdCPN). In ETSdCPN model, the color represents different languages information, and the time duration associated with place instead of transition is a function of tokens instead of constant. The reachable parallel download graph (RPDG) of ETSdCPN is defined. Finally, some important results such as rate of satisfaction and makespan of multilingual information parallel downloads are gotten by analyzing reachability of Petri net.

Abstract: The moderate public of personnel file information is the basic to realize modern archives management as realizing effective utilization of archives, protecting the rights and interests of public, and so on. The establishing personnel file management network sharing platform is an effective way to it. Personnel file network sharing platform’s construction must formulate the corresponding national standard and professional standard, and adopt new personnel file managing model. This paper describes the basic content of information standardization of personnel file management, and then put forward the "Trinity Model" of personnel archives management, that is, the combination of traditional personnel file management, digital personnel file (digital archives) management and personnel file management networking platform’s construction and utilization.

Abstract: The existing method is deficient when characterizing the features of rules in a nonterminating rule set through the notion of reachability. To address this problem, this paper proposes a refined reachable relationship analysis based on two notions of triggering reachable and activation reachable. A counterexample and the detailed proof in this paper show that our method is effective.

Abstract: The storage management system manages and controls for storage in-out stock activities, and has an important significance for coordinating production and operation of enterprise, improving economic efficiency. Requirement analysis is the basis of software development, mainly is functional requirement analysis and performance requirement analysis. First, do the functional requirement analysis, through analysis the business processes, analysis the main functions and processes of system with data flow diagram, and list the buyer, purchase commodity information, sales production, commodity stock table and data dictionary item. Then, do performance requirement analysis; describe the main content of the three aspects of accuracy, time characteristics and flexibility, especially analysis the C/S structure model to build software systems. In this paper, describes the overall concept of software function and performance as the specific software requirement specification, lays a foundation for the development of storage management system.

Abstract: This paper introduced the architecture of Android graphics system, and analyzed the composition and characteristics of each layer according to the hierarchy, and elaborated the relationship of the native implementations and the user implementations in the graphics system and the display principle of the Android platform. In the end, the programming method of the display driver of Android kernel on ARM6410 platform was elaborated.

Abstract: With data quantity increasing dramatically and signal transmission period becoming more and more fast, the media access control delay has proved to be one of the main influence factors of CAN network real-time. Firstly, an equivalent numerical simulation model of CAN bus network is built to derivate the mathematical expression of media access control delay. Secondly, optimization measures are further proposed to improve the data communication real-time. At last, the optimization measures tested by experiments are proved to be correct and effective.

Abstract: It is discussed how to apply usability engineering theory and method to the design of distance education system, it aims to design a distance education system with good usability in order to resolve such issues as operating difficulties and poor user experience resulted by traditional function design method. The design of Engineering Drawing distance education system is illustrated as an example, the method of applying usability engineering theory and methods to the design of distance education system has universal guiding significance and broad application prospects.

Abstract: This research is about the application of decision support system in agriculture. The subject of study is the corn cultivated in Jilin province, northeast of China, and the research synthesizes expertise and experience on corn cultivation, plant protection, soil and fertilizer, and agriculture ecology from experts, integrating computer technology, principle of decision support system with corn production knowledge. The research also concerns decision support system for corn fertilization and diagnosis of insect disease and weed harming. Database is designed as the basis of decision support system, including conceptual design with object definition language, logic design and physical design. Further design for the relevant system is also inquired into.
