Abstract: Focus on the problem of dynamic authorization access control of Distributed Multi-Organization Management Information System (DMOMIS), the system resources are divided into two kinds: relatively independent resources and shared resources. These two kinds of resources were used different authorization system to authorize. The relatively independent resources were authorized by using distributed authorization system (DA), and the similar and shared resources were authorized by using authorized system (A). According to the key terms definition, the system hypothesis and the idea of dynamic programming, then the dynamic authorization access control process of DMOMIS was abstracted as a multi stage users authorization process based on resources, and put out the dynamic authorization access control strategy model of DMOMIS, at last, depicted its execution process.

Abstract: Alone with web technologies has being used in many and many fields, a lot of enterprises have been upgrading their business application into web based systems. From both enterprises and web application providers’ point of view, all they need to design a web application flexible enough not only to adapt to the enterprises business changes, marketing change, but also to be easily customized the web applications for different deployments. While in order to satisfy to both these two targets, the flexible web application data modeling is one of the key problems. Here, by research on XML with templates and XML database technologies, from data concept model, logic model and physical model to illustrate a XML database based data modeling to improve web applications flexibility at design time.

Abstract: It is the key process for developing usability of virtual reality simulation of vegetation taking into account soil, chemistry elements of water, temperature and humidity of land surface, and lighting. Retrieving the characteristics of vegetation from remote sensing data effectively and exactly, building the relationship between remote sensing data and interfaces of VR-vegetation models are important. The paper discusses dense vegetation model, nondense vegetation model, and two-stream approximation model applied for LAI retrieving, analyzes the efficiency of the methods; presents the process and method of LAI retrieving based on FPAR. The research offers the key methods and theoretic support for virtual reality simulation of vegetation based on spatial remote sensing information. The research is the primary work of digital agriculture, and important for monitoring corn growth and estimating in northeast of China.

Abstract: Alone with “The Internet of Things” development and expanding in the areas of life, it also brings some big challenges to the traditional software application design and development; especially with the corresponding technologies and strategies of the internet of things enhancement and improvement, and further more with some new equipments and technologies appended or changed in the existing environment, it needs rapidly and easily add some new functionalities to the existing working software applications. But the traditional application design and development still thinking of solution from designers and developers and not from the business point of view, this results in the traditional software applications and its scalability cannot be easily and rapidly satisfy to business requirements. Here, by research on XML, software bus, software component and task-oriented technologies, it illustrates a new way for the software application design and development and try to use task-oriented technology to improve the software application flexibility and scalability to satisfy to enterprise business changes.

Abstract: This Web2.0 personalized and interactive services are profoundly affecting our work and learning, its influence to the university library information portal website is not only the impact on the technique level, more of them are the impact on library service idea and the service ways. University library information portal website has become a web portal to supply high quality information resource quickly and service web portal for professional researchers in specific areas from the original navigation to the subject information through evaluation, description and organization high quality information resource, which has brought the opportunity and the challenge for the construction of college libraries' information portal website. This paper analyzes the plight of existence in the traditional university library information portal website, analyzes the related technology characteristic of the Web2.0 and its advantages in the construction of the university library website, points out the principles and strategies in the library information portal website construction.

Abstract: Two opposite approaches were proposed to address some scalability problem resulting from coordinated checkpointing's synchronization during failure-free operation: minimizing the number of checkpointing participants and having the checkpointing process non-blocking. However, these previous approaches, oblivious to the underlying network, may not fundamentally provide any breakthrough for ensuring high scalability required in very large-scale P2P-based systems. This paper proposes a non-blocking coordinated checkpointing protocol to significantly reduce checkpointing synchronization overhead by structuring the peer-to-peer network into a set of groups according to a particular criterion. In this protocol, among processes in a group, one is designated as representative with the following special roles, intra-group and inter-group checkpointing coordination. Intra-group checkpointing coordination addresses the checkpointing procedure among processes within a group. On the other hand, inter-group checkpointing coordination is performed only among representatives. Thanks to this beneficial feature, the proposed protocol may considerably reduce the number of checkpointing control messages routed on core networks compared with the existing ones.

Abstract: This paper, based on the principle of Cellular Automata, simulated the emergent evacuation from a floor of lecture building with different layouts inside the classrooms commonly seen in colleges in China. The psychological factors and behaviors of students during the emergent evacuation were simulated with the distance parameter as the basic judgment for evacuation direction based on Cellular Automata in the present paper. Meanwhile, the impacts of four different internal layouts on the evacuation time, average density, average velocity, and average flow rate were investigated. Simulation results show that the difference in classroom layout affects the evacuation efficiency. It also proves that the classroom layout in Room1 is the most reasonable when emergency evacuation is involved.

Abstract: Using the genre perspective, we studied the electronic communication of knowledge users collaborating on a movie community and found that their work and interactions were mediated by the use of genres. Drawing on these findings, we develop the concept of genre repertoire to designate the set of genres enacted by groups, organizations, or communities to accomplish their work. Automatic discourse classification according to genre in social information sharing, transfer and knowledge communication provides a higher level of service quality. By investigating user behavior in movie community, the relationship between intertextuality of discourse genre and user behavior was studied. We denoted genre by using vector, and discourse genre intertextuality intensity is measured with vector distance. And for those discourse which genre is unknown, genre intertextuality is calculated using user behavior. The results show that user various behaviors stickiness in movie community and discourse genre intertextuality intensity have potential common features.

Abstract: This paper summarizes the concepts of AI(artificial intelligence), ML(machine learning) and KDD (knowledge discovery in databases), including the development, definition, 5 knowledge types, 7 tasks, processes and technologies of KDD. It also introduces the HIS(hospital information system), including the introduction and benefits and HIS in China. At last the paper illustrates the application of KDD in HIS, especially in detecting and explaining key information from databases.
