Abstract: Information integration based on GIS is the key of digital city. Taking the integration of real-time traffic information and basic geography data as an example, the model of data storage, data illustration and information display were analyzed. Data was stored in TAB format, and was read and written using Mitab open source library. VGLibrary was developed based on MiniGUI to draw vector graphics, e.g. symbol, parallel polyline, polygon. At last, the application has functionality of viewing, roaming and zooming an electronic map. The design takes loose coupling method and efficiently integrates other information with basic geographic data.

Abstract: Object recognition and reconstruction plays an important role in the area of 3D robot vision, which has wide applications in autonomous mobile system. For communication between heterogeneous applications, generalized and universal object description file format is needed to be developed to replace proprietary file format. In this paper, first, a new object description model was designed by using XML Schema definition language. Second, based on the description design, a dynamic link library (dll) was implemented for converting data format among different systems. At the end, experimental results are demonstrated.

Abstract: The key point of the existing Ethernet test and measurement is that the method needs to achieve precision clock synchronization between different terminals. In this paper, an improved method was proposed with consideration of the time drift and propagation delay, expressing master-slave synchronization as a linear relationship and inducting the line of least squares fitting algorithm that traded as linear matrix form. The precision time protocol (PTP) was also analyzed in this paper. The experiment results show that the synchronization accuracy reaches sub-microsecond grade, which is the same as the PTP.

Abstract: The dynamic compatibility of the device and communication protocols in operation management system of electric vehicles charging station was studied. Using NPAPI plug-in technique of Netscape series browser, the communication plug-in models are set up which separate the channel management and communication protocols translation from the charging and swapping business management system, and the cross-platform package is successfully developed. The protocols identifying, frames composing and decomposing are realized through designing the data structure and the functions in the modules. Practice indicates that with the communication plug-in, different remote terminal units can be compatible dynamically by operation management system on different platform, and charging business management of the system can be completed. Thus the business management system can run stably and efficiently.

Abstract: Using the cloud computing can effectively solve the traditional data centre’s problems, such as lower utilization ratio of resources, excessive power consumption and difficulties in management. The design idea for the virtualization of data centre based on the cloud computing is described in detail. The solutions for the hardware construction and the software platform design are proposed. The security management of the data centre is briefly described.

Abstract: DNA computer is a new type of computer which computing by biological molecular techniques. If DNA computer want to realize its practicability, it must be the same as a traditional computer. In order to settle the issues of representation and organizational in DNA computer, we need a reasonable data structures to effectively represent and organize the information of DNA computer. The thesis designs a stack structure model based on DNA computing, which can express limited stack constraints through hairpin structure. At the same time, it can complete the operations of entering stack and leaving stack using two different restrictive enzymes.

Abstract: Document retrieval is the basic task of search engines, and seize amount of attention by the pattern matching community. In this paper, we focused on the dynamic version of this problem, in which the text insertion and deletion is allowable. By using the generalized suffix array and other data structure, we proposed a new index structure. Our scheme achieved better time complexity than the existing ones, and a bit more space overhead is needed as return.

Abstract: Alternative and compensation are not only two basic characteristics of the real-time transaction but also the body of the concurrency control. At the same time, new problems are brought. AC-Based OCC-FV protocol associates alternative and compensation with optimistic concurrency control protocol OCC-FV. For each transaction in accepted queue, an alternative which causes no conflict can be chosen to join the ready queue as soon as possible. This is just a kind of ideal circumstance. If the conflict is inevitable, it is necessary to choose a suitable alternative to join the concurrency control, but also ensures the system to be in a safe state when conflicts take place. In conflict resolution, the optimistic concurrency control protocol OCC-FV is extended in combination with the compensation characteristic, when the transaction failed, immediate dispatch of corresponding compensation transactions is taken to prevent the system from disaster.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the engineering three-dimensional data field model in the virtual reality environment cannot be modified in real time and cannot carry out dynamic simulation, this paper proposes the skeleton grid modeling technology and establishes an engineering three-dimensional data model based on the OGRE graphics engine, which achieves a data-driven dynamic three-dimensional graphic construction. The technology has the ability to modify the real-time model grid geometry and topological characteristics, and provides the possibility of real-time simulation for large projects.
