The Construction and Innovation of Harmonious Culture for College Dormitory

Abstract:

In colleges, dormitories are the most important places for students to study, live, and grow up, which leads to the necessity of constructing a harmonious dormitory culture. To achieve this goal, we develop strategies involving conception, system, and approach innovations in this paper. By applying them under the principle ‘people foremost’, we hope to optimize the college dormitory culture to play a role in shaping character, cultivating sentiments, and exercising quality for college students.
