Abstract: This paper researches on machine vision recognition and positioning technique which can help robot automatically recognize and accurately position smart meter in complex industrial environment. Firstly, crude position of the smart meter is obtained by recognition of liquid crystal display (LCD) screen through picture pre-processing. Secondly, the center positions of four screws are identified. Thirdly, the outline of the meter is calculated by geometric locations of the four screws, thus the meter is identified from the image and accurate position of the meter is calculated though the this paper’s algorithm. Experiments show that our algorithm can identify the meter rapidly and calculate the accurate position in complex environment, so the proposed algorithm is practical valuable.

Abstract: The local mean decomposition is able to diagnosis non-stationary signals in mechanical fault, and it has important theoretical meaning and practical value. This paper first introduces the method of local mean decomposition, and then proposes the improved LMD. The improved LMD uses cubic spline interpolation to get the local mean function and envelope estimation function. What’s more, the simulated signal is analyzed by this algorithm with the LabVIEW virtual instrument development platform. The result shows that the computation efficiency of the improved LMD is obviously higher than that of the original. Finally this paper uses improved LMD analyze the rolling bearing with out-race fault, and the result conforms to the reality.

Abstract: As parallel signal processing tasks are more and more widely used, a universal, efficient and flexible radar signal processing software is urgently needed in the field of radar signal processing. Traditional development of parallel signal processing needs a large number of specialized programs, and must couple with the hardware platform. Therefore, the cost of development and promotion is quite large. The universal radar signal processing software designed in this paper is an integrated development environment to achieve fully graphical, generalized, and modularized development. The software is able to automatically generate codes. This function replaces traditional developing method that needs designers write a large number of programs. The above function significantly shortens the developing cycle and improves the developing efficiency. Besides, the software is of powerful debugging features. Furthermore, the software has excellent generalization and expansibility for hardware platform.

Abstract: Rail track surface detection system was constructed to detect the rail track surface. The mismatch between the train speed, rail track location and camera trigger speed was solved during the real-time acquisition process about the rail track using optical encoder and GPS module. In our system, optical encoder was used to reflect the train speed and output pulse to externally trigger the line scan high-speed camera exposure. At the same time, another pulse of optical encoder was transmitted to the computer to save the GPS location information. So the rail track images are saved with the track location information.

Abstract: A CMOS image acquisition system based on Contex-M3 is developed. In design STM32F103X is selected as the main controller, OV7670 is used for image sensors. In order to capture high-speed digital image, the FIFO buffer chip AL422B and SD Card under the control of the DMA are employed to directly transfer data. Moreover the SD card and 2.8 inch TFT LCD are selected to storage and display image data, respectively. Because of small size, low power, simple structure and low cost, the image acquisition system can provide an important reference value for development of similar system.

Abstract: A set of self-defined model data structure using discrete boundary representation is designed in this paper, based which the modeling data is transformed from CAD to CAE pre-process. And so the geometric modeling function is realized. By the unified data interface, model data is read and transformed from a variety of mainstream and standard CAD model file such as IGES, STEP and so on. By studying and parsing the STL file and Tribon XML format file, the STL model file and ship CAD model data conversion is realized.

Abstract: Windows network packets capture technology is closely related with Windows network protocol architecture. Paper first introduces the Windows network protocol implementation, then analyze the network packets capture technology in the user mode and kernel mode, moreover discuss the data capture technology at the application layer, including API interception technology, dynamic library replacement technology and database trigger technology, finally, the various network data acquisition technology are analyzed, and what kind of data acquisition technology is used depends on the purpose of data capture and the characteristics of the target information system.

Abstract: Deinked pulp flotation column has been applied in wastepaper recycling. Bubble size in deinked pulp flotation column is very important during the flotation process. In this paper, bubble images of deinked pulp flotation column are first caught by digital camera, and then the bubbles are detected by using a bubble detection algorithm based on wavelet transform and canny operators. The results show the algorithms are very practical and effective on bubble detection in deinked pulp flotation column.

Abstract: Rough set theory is mainly used for analysing, processing fuzzy and uncertain information and knowledge, but most of data that we usually gain are continuous data, rough set theory can pretreat these data and can gain satisfied discretization results. So, discretization of continuous attributes is an important part of rough set theory. Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) has been became the mainly platforms that realized design of digital system. In order to improve processing speed of discretization, this paper proposed a FPGA-based discretization algorithm of continuous attributes in rough ret that make use of the speed advantage of FPGA and combined attributes dependency degree. This method could save much time of pretreatment in rough ret and improve operation efficiency.

Abstract: Microblogging has become a major tool for people to not only share information, but also to talk about current affairs. Has become the most popular content in the analysis, interested companies and researchers. We focus on the micro-blog clustering high-dimensional, high sparse, and proposed a new algorithm based on k-means-k frequent itemsets. In addition, the development of a method to capture long-term mutual information context knowledge in microblogging and algorithms are also designed to measure the conversation Similar. In order to support the new micro-blog clustering algorithm. Experimental results show that the clustering algorithm has higher accuracy than the standard k-means and two points in k-means algorithm toward large-capacity and highly sparse microblogging also maintain good scalability.
