Abstract: Through research of user activity characteristics of the user's social attributes of electric vehicles, electric vehicles, electric vehicles performance and electric vehicles running environment, this paper puts forward electric vehicle running characteristics model, specificly select factors affecting variables, uses structural equation modeling on operating characteristics of the electric vehicle, uses AMOS6.0 software for solve and data fitting adoping least square method, finally gives credible analysis results.

Abstract: Time-domain expressions of nominal component and eccentric component that composing horizontal peripheral milling force are derived from geometry of down milling, they are periodic functions with fundamental frequencies same as tooth-frequency and spindle-frequency respectively. By expanding these two time-domain expressions with Taylor series, the frequency-domain description of periheral milling force is obtained. Further mathematical reasoning is exerted on this frequency-domain description, and it proved that as for four-tooth end mills, even-order harmonics of eccentric milling force do not exist, and the amplitude of spindle-frequency component be linear with eccentric distance, but irrelevant with eccentric angle. Above research results imply that the tooth-frequency component of four-tooth end mills is irrelevant with eccentricity, and that eccentric distance can be estimated with amplitudes of tooth-frequency and spindle-frequency components. Results of milling experiment imply that this eccentric-distance estimating method be effective. Spectral characteristics of eccentric milling force for four-tooth end mills are revealed with theory deduction, and the estimation algorithm for eccentric distance with simple calculation is present. Study conclusions can be used in eccentric-geometry estimating and in milling-force modeling.

Abstract: In order to march the urgent need of the temperature regulation for the cockpit of armor vehicles, the temperature control device for large space based on semiconductor refrigeration was tested. The large space test chamber, semiconductor refrigeration system and temperature monitoring system were designed. In cooling test, the thermoelectric coolers worked in different currents and heat conditions. The results show that the thermoelectric cooler and its work current should accord with the intensity of heat emission of semiconductor refrigeration system for a good cooling effect. In temperature control test, the temperature in the test chamber can be controlled effectively by increasing PID controlling method.

Abstract: The utilization of new energy sources, like wind power, has become more and more popular as the global energy crisis escalated. Preliminary mechanical analysis was done to verify the feasibility of a new type of building structure, integrated high-rise steel structure with vertical axis wind turbines. Time history analysis under the action of EI-Centro earthquake wave and Wenchuan earthquake wave were carried out on the model with wind turbines and the other one without. The seismic behavior of this new structure was analyzed.

Abstract: Aiming at the field live detection of the electric energy meter, the research on the new structure and the charged detection method of the terminal boxes were carried out. The results can be directly applied to the charged detection of the electric energy metering device, which can improve work efficiency and security. It has great significance to ensure that the electric energy metering device of the power system can operate safely, stably and economically.

Abstract: The characteristics of open CNC system and the current several open CNC system models are introduced in this paper. In order to overcome the contradiction between the frequent changes demand and the closure of the traditional system, the open CNC system software and hardware architectures were investigated based on web-collaborative design and development, which improve the system development efficiency. Using the Windows XP operating system as a software platform, the Visual C++ 6.0 object-oriented programming language is adopted to design the CNC drilling control software based on the "PC + NC" the model and modular co-design methods, which improve the openness of the CNC system.

It is introduced structure of the soil anchor, calculating of jacking force, anti-pulling force and construction of the umbrella-shape soil anchor.

Abstract: As a kind of renewable energy with abundant reserves, safety cleanliness and strongly predictability, tide energy generation technology has become a hot spot in the field of ocean energy development technology. The basic control scheme of the tidal energy generation system is introduced and working process of the three-phase single-switch Boost PFC converter is analyzed in detail. The simulation results show the validation.

Abstract: In order to study the effect of stiffness of the suspension and anti-roll bar on the vehicle handling performance, and provide reference for suspension design and adjustment afterwards, two virtual prototypes and their variants without anti-roll bar and front suspension assembly anti-roll bar, were structured in ADAMS/Car. Through simulation test with input of steering wheel angle step, the curves of effect of angle stiffness of front suspension torsion bar and anti-roll bar on vehicle steering gain were obtained. On two models, steering gains respectively produced about 20% and 1% decline of the range of experience while the angle stiffness of torsion bar increased from 0.5 to 2.0 times of the base stiffness; steering gain respectively produced about 10% increase or 1% decline of the range of experience while the angle stiffness of anti-roll bar decreased from the base angle stiffness to 0 or increased to 2.0 times of the base stiffness.

Abstract: The paper takes a yacht engine as the research object. Build a three dimensional model of one yacht engine cooling water jacket through the Pro/E software. Make analysis of internal flow field of cooling water distribution, pressure loss, and so on, with the computational fluid dynamics software—STAR-CCM+. Find problems in the cooling system, and propose improvements for the engine cooling water jacket and evaluate the program and conduct a comparative analysis of the original program.
