Abstract:

The paper has designed a two-position Press Machine based on linear motor and lever-double idler wheels force-amplifier and analyzed the system principle and mechanics. The press machine can amplify the force evidently and improve the function, using only a linear motor to drive two positions work with its simple and compact structure. This will improve the work efficiency and reduce the cost of the machine.
