Approaches to Dealing with More Parametric Diagnostics of Manufacturing Machines

Abstract:

The contribution points out that the technical diagnosis is necessary for ensuring reliable operation. Today there is an effort to achieve maximum reliability of the machine and to plan maintenance efficiently. Technical diagnostics is basically used to monitor the status of the device. It is possible to observe a variety of indicators by which we can determine the technical condition of the machine. But watching only one variable or one indicator is not enough to exactly determine the technical condition. Therefore, the different methods of technical diagnostics are combined with each other and more parametric diagnosis is created. By using it, it is possible to determine the actual status of the machine with great accuracy and thus avoid unexpected breakdowns and to effectively plan the maintenance.
