Abstract: The calculation of the gas radiation process plays an important role in the study of atmospheric remote sensing and climatic effects of greenhouse gas. The remote sensing of rocket plume has important significance for early warning, interception, detection, identification and tracking of flight vehicle. A model was established to calculate the remote sensing signal of rocket plume by wide band k-distribution, the liquid rocket plume remote sensing signals in atmospheric window region and the detectors’ working spectrum are calculated, and the results were compared with the results calculated by line-by-line approach. The results showed that in some of the detectors’ working spectral regions, the wide band k-distribution model can be used for the calculation of the remote sensing of liquid rocket engine exhaust plume.

Abstract: According to the concept and function of polygonous node, the authors depicted that the key of methods of making polygonous node is that a node corresponding to a polygon is one by one. On the basis of analyzing the available algorithms, the method of automatic creation polygonous node based on triangle is proposed. Compared with the traditional algorithms, This method is easy and workable, high efficiency and confirmative, ensuring the creation of one by one relation between polygonous node and polygon without considering various special cases. For polygon interior of the complex polygon is off-center, the modified algorithm has some improvement, especially for convex polygons, the effect is obvious. In the process of planar vector graphics to raster graphics conversion, the author have used the above algorithm, completed each polygon area filling, and achieved the desired effect.

Abstract: Based on the physical models of PROSPECT and SAIL, hyperspectral data of different scenes were simulated. According to the simulated data, we built 7 spectral indexes highly linear correlated to vegetation canopy water content, and analyzed the relationship between spectral indexes and canopy water content. Then we built a multiple linear model of canopy water content with the spectral indexes that are highly correlated with FMC (Fuel Moisture Content). At last, using the model, the vegetation canopy water content from Hyperion was obtained. It shows that the spectral indexes: II, NDWI, Ratio1200, Ratio975, WI1, are highly correlated with canopy water content, and the multiple linear model built with them produces an effective result.

Abstract: This article describes the overall structure and components of the gas leak detection system for underground pipe network, proposed difficulties and solutions that exist in the system design process, analyzed how to use the existing wireless GPRS network and gas sensing technology, real-time monitoring of the underground pipe network gas leak from the means of detection, data transmission, measures to combat environmental aspects.

Abstract: This paper established a comprehensive appraisement index system of resource and environment and urban economy development and analyzed the coupling coordination of resource, environment and economy development of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi province in China in 2010 by using the principal component weight method and coupling coordination degree model. The results show that there is a big difference between resource and environment of the 11 cities; economy development is unbalanced; the coupling coordination degrees are overall low between resource, environment and economy development. At last, the authors propose some political advices for the coupling coordinated development of resource, environment and economy.

Abstract: For the current situation of rapid development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,we regard the composite resources-economic-environment as the research object and we are going to set up the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional sustainable development decision support system. We analyze the problems of resource-economic-environment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region faced in the development process ,state the key technologies and research methods of the regional sustainable development system and propose the technology line of establishing indicator system, model research, the decision planning model integrated with GIS and multi-scenario planning.

Abstract: Highway construction is currently in a period of rapid development, and construction planning is whether to adapt to the regional economic and social development needs, which is a standard and the future development construction plan important basis, therefore the objective, comprehensive evaluation of the highway construction and the development of society and economy adaptability problem is very timely and necessary. In this paper, based on the principal component analysis method, AHP, evaluation index system of highway construction and regional socio-economic development adaptability evaluation system was established to evaluate the adaptability of highway construction and development of regional social economy in Heilongjiang province, to provide decision-making reference for the future development of Heilongjiang province highway construction.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the econometric relationship between the urbanization and energy consumption from 1990 to 2010 in China with the co-integration theory and the error correction model. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between urbanization and the total energy consumption, which has an effect of short-term adjustment. Urbanization has different effects on the consumption of coal, natural gas and electricity. Besides, the improvement of the urbanization level can lead to the increase of energy consumption in the short term. However, the energy efficiency can be improved in the long term due to the readjustment of the industrial structure and the promotion of energy-saving technologies. Therefore, the establishment of resource-saving urbanization model will help to reduce energy consumption under the current condition.

Abstract: To make clear what the impact of correlation between clustering factors to land use zoning is, taking Linxiang prefecture as the object of investigation, this study firstly establish a land use zoning index system, and then get two zoning results with hierarchical cluster analysis. One is achieved with correlation reserved; the other is approached with the correlation eliminated by principal component analysis. Analyze the two clustering results comparatively associated with the objective reality of land use, and we conclude that the correlation between indices has a positive effect on the zoning result and should be reserved.

Abstract: This paper divides urbanization into four parts, population urbanization、economic urbanization、land urbanization and social urbanization, and then calculates the coordination degree of urbanization by using TOPSIS and coordination degree function method. The results show that,(1)Urbanization in Gansu Province has experienced two courses.(2) In 2010, the urbanization within Gansu Province could be divided into four types, population-oriented、land-oriented、economic-oriented and population - economic-oriented.(3) Only 4 cities’ urbanization tended to coordinated development from 2001 to 2010 , it is declined for others.(4)The urbanization coordination difference is significant, and coordination shows different characteristics.
