Abstract: In order to alleviate the low efficiency utilization of public transportation resources in the urban traffic of our country, the paper is put forward to analyze the planning methods of integrated passenger transit network, which gives an emphasis on the efficient cohesion, coordination and transfer between different modes of transportation, as well as gives a consideration to the urban development planning and the program of land layout. With a large number of data and field investigation, the paper found that we should give full consideration to the related indicators and set a goal function, then match each O-D point to choose the appropriate sections and appropriate means of transportation, and thus establish the model of a bi-level programming and the corresponding bi-level iterative algorithm in the urban passenger transit network planning of integration. Finally the model will be applied to the city’s passenger transport, and the various indexes before and after the project will be compared in order to test whether model established is correct or not.

Abstract: On the one hand, resource-based cities have played a great role to the economic growth of our country. On the other hand, they have also caused great destruction to China's economic development. The sustainable development evaluation of resource-based cities is a new topic, and its theory and method system remain to be discussed. Taking Pingdingshan City , Henan Province as an example, this paper discusses the evaluation method of sustainable development of resource-based cities. Combining the methods of scientific and practical, typical and comparable, dynamic and operable, comprehensive and hierarchical, taking AHP comprehensive evaluation as the foundation, from resource support ability, environment support ability, social support ability, and economic support ability, this evaluation method choose 47 index to evaluate the sustainable development of resource-based cities. The comprehensive evaluation index system of this paper strives to comprehensive reflect the process of sustainable development of resource-based cities, and hopes to provide some reference for policy making for the sustainable development of resource-based cities.

Abstract: For investment decision in the coal industry under the background of specific resources and environment in northwest, the influence of coal processing and conversion on water environment was studied, and the evaluation index system on water environmental influence was established. The TOPSIS method was used to assess the influence of air cooled generating electricity, indirect liquefaction of coal and coal-based methanol on water environment in northwest. For the evaluation results, sensitivity of the weight on the objective was discussed, and the range of various weights of the resources and environmental indicators was gained, and sensitivity analysis of sort stability about the optimal and sub-optimal program was done.

Abstract: The natural quality index and the utilization quality index in agricultural land classification are essentially two kinds of grain potential productivity, which, we name natural potential productivity and utilization potential productivity of cultivated land respectively. Based on this, we calculated the natural potential productivity and utilization potential productivity of cultivated land in Baoji. Both of them are 980.336×104t and 587.299×104t respectively. The natural potential productivity per unit area is 26.905t/hm2 and the utilization potential productivity per unit area is 16.118t/hm2. The natural potential productivity of Chencang District is 172.956×104t, the maximum, that of Taibai County 10.744×104t, the minimum. In terms of the utilization potential productivity, that of Fengxiang County is 105.033×104t, the maximum, and that of Taibai County 6.795×104t, the minimum. But natural potential and utilization productivity per unit area of Fufeng County are 37.954t/hm2 and 25.011t/hm2 respectively, the maximum, and those of Linyou County 11.672 t/hm2 and 7.095t/hm2 respectively, the minimum.

Abstract: Global climate change has far-reaching impact on natural ecosystems and the socio –economic system, which has called for attention of governments and scientific community and even the general public now. In the background of global climate change, the study of the effect of climate change on crop potential production has an important theoretical and practical significance. The relationship between wheat productivity and climate change and the response of the wheat productivity to the climate change were studied with Suzhou, China being a study area, aiming to provide a scientific basis for rational development and utilization of climate resources against the global climate change in Suzhou. The results showed that the annual average temperature of Suzhou tended to increase by 0.23°C per 10 years from 1977 to 2007. The annual precipitation has not been increased obviously over the recent 30 years. In the terms of annual change of climatic productivity of wheat, the average wheat productivity on the whole showed a increasing trend the last 50 years. However, the potential climatic productivity of wheat every decade first decrease and then increased. The correlation analysis indicated that there were assume the weak and assumes the strong correlations between the wheat climate productivity and the temperature and the precipitation with their relation coefficients (R) are R=0.04187 and R=0.70051, respectively. the influence of the precipitation to the Suzhou wheat climate productivity is higher than the temperature obviously . But there were the strong correlations between the wheat actual output and the temperature and the precipitation, therefore, the temperature and the precipitation are the important attributes that enhances wheat climate productivity realization rate.

Abstract: With the acceleration of the development progress of industrialization and urbanization, a batch of old industrial relocation areas are playing the irreplaceable role in improving city functions, developing regional economics and integrating & configuring resources after their reconstruction. This paper discusses the function promotion methods of old industrial relocation area and the specific responding strategy of old industrial relocation area’s sustainable development from the angle of service industry development by taking Tiexi District, Shenyang as an example.

Abstract: Nowadays, downtown areas are facing more problems such as limited space, high land price and large population. And for a lack of guidance, many constructions in downtown are random and profit-driven. Based on the concept and characteristics of urban regeneration, this article analyzes the problems of urban development and explores the mode of comprehensive, progressive and incremental mode of urban regeneration. Through this new mode, a sustainable development and a win-win situation will be achieved.

Abstract: By analyzing Lanzhou public green space location features and the service radius in China, this paper presents some main problems of Lanzhou public green space. Based on above, from the perspective of the ecological environment, usability and the landscape, some key planning strategies of urban public green space are proposed. This paper presents a good case for reference of Lanzhou public green space planning practice.

Abstract: This paper presents a method of forecasting the population of Chinese population attractive cities. In this model the overall population is divided into two main parts, floating population(the people who will live in the city for a long time but do not have household register) and local population. The increment of floating population is positively correlated with the increment of local GDP approximately. Leslie matrix is used to imitate the process of the local population growth. Four main factors, death rate, birth rate, the ratio of male to female, and the growth of the local economy are considered to forecast the local population and floating population separately. The method in this paper overcome these shortcomings of the former method that they cannot explain the inner changes of the population, and ignore the factor of migration. So this method will offer a basis for the science of population forecasting.

Abstract: Large-scale greenway planning and construction have been developing for more than 30 years in Europe and the United States. But in China,it is a new topic which has just been noted for few years. With the the development of the research and practice, many countries in the world have been aware of that the greenway planning and construction is a significant measure for the prosperity of the country. This article reviews the origin of the greenway planning, discuss the definition, phase classification, planning features and its significance. The auther hopes it can contribute to the theoretical innovation and practice of greenway planning in China.
