Abstract: An indicator system is established for the suitability of projects linked to the increase/decrease in urban and rural construction land based on the field surveys for the old areas to be dismantled in three administrative villages such as Niulandian Village, Tianjiagou Village and Nanchongsi Village of Tianchi Town in Lezhi County of Sichuan Province, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate indicators. The analysis of evaluation results provides reference for the efficient implementation of projects linked to the increase/decrease in urban and rural construction land.

Abstract: Making existing cities develop more innovatively is an urgent priority in globalization for city sustainable and healthy development. The built up of innovative city is based on the traditional urban which progressed by its original factors of production, after constantly enriches its innovation resources and enhances its innovation capability, then becomes successful innovative city. The accumulation of innovation resources is the foundation of the innovation ability, so the evaluation analysis on the city’s innovation resources could explain the developmental status of the innovative city on the one hand. This paper first introduced the formation symbols and condition of the innovative city, specifically explained the significance of the innovation resources’ accumulation during the innovative city forming processes. And then took the innovative city evolution of Hong Kong as an example, analyzed the development and change of the innovation resources index in the latest decades by the use of mathematical models, summarized the forming processes of innovative city from innovation resources aspect, and the different characteristics during the forming stages.

Abstract: The rapid construction of highway in Heilongjiang Province greatly promoted the development of region economy, but on specific question of degree, most research focus on the qualitative research, rare quantitative research. The paper uses the input output method to put the highway construction industry into traditional U-V table and calculate highway construction investment on regional economic gross effect, which has important application value on evaluation and decision-making of transportation after constructing highway.

Abstract: Urban green space system has a strong function of disaster prevention and reduction. In this paper, taking Jiaozuo as an example, the composition and structure of urban green space with its disaster shelter space is studied. The per capita area of medium and long-term shelters in urban green space of Jiaozuo raise from 5.60 m2 to11.34 m2 during 1999 and 2007.It is far exceed the basic average level. The per capita green space temporary shelters shows rise-decline trend. Firstly from 1.84 m2 in 1999 rise to 3.55 m2, 3.24 m2 in 2003 and 2005, then gradually descend 2.80 m2 in 2007.It basically above the basic per capita green space for temporary shelter area. Per capita green space of emergency shelter presents the process of gradually declining, its per capita area from 2.61 m2 in 1999 gradually decline to 0.98 m2 in 2007, which are under the warning line of 1.2 m2 .

Abstract: The Government investment project (GIP) plays an important role in national economy in China. This paper introduces the Agent Construction System (ACS), focuses on the supervision problems of construction agent quality management in GIP. It proposes a self-control evaluation model for construction agent based on Rough Set Theory to confirm the key supervising points, and provides a agent supervision method for government. By questionnaire survey, forms an information system of the evaluation. A heuristic attribute reduction algorithm is applied in the reduction of index attribute, and then it uses the theory of attribute importance in discernibility matrix to determine the index weight. Implement reduction in quality self-control points by using MATLAB.

Abstract: The CLUE-S model is a widely used method in the aspect of spatial simulation. CLUE-S model to simulate the land use space pattern of Nanchang in 2005, and compare the simulated results with the land use status figure of Nanchang in 2005 was built on the basis of taking Nanchang as research region, analyzing the land use data of Nanchang in 1995 based on GIS technology, combining natural and social economic factors such as railway, highway, river, settlements, DEM, slope, aspect, etc. and filtering decisive driving factors to the spatial change of Nanchang’s main land use types with SPSS Logistic regression analysis. In the basic unit of 150M*150M grid level, KAPPA index reaches 0.870, the experimental result is ideal. At the same time, predicting the land use pattern of the year 2017 is based on the land use data of Nanchang in 2005. Experimental results indicate that CLUE-S model has good predicting ability to urban spatial structure development, and has reference value to driving mechanism research of the urban layout and analyzing urban development.

Abstract: In this paper, we proposed some applied research methods about Chinese urban economic development in complex combination networks, such as the economy force and economy growth momentum in general non-linear economy force control system, general synergetic structure theory, Steiner minimum weighted networks, and economics scale degree. These research methods were applied to illustrate and analyze Chinese urban economic phenomena with Ising model in complex combination networks, which helped us to understand Chinese economic problems better and made some suggestions for urban economic development.

Abstract: The old city renewal is an unavoidable topic in the city development. The updated residential planning is the important content. The problem in old city renewal can’t be solved only through the traditional urban planning theory. In this paper, we propose a new idea by means of the principle of environmental awareness from the point of view of sustainability, the urban ecological environment, construction methods and urban development. In light of the existing problems, we put forward the appropriate measures like mixed zoning, open residential networks, public facilities and the city sharing, landscape for the city service and the preservation of historic sites.

Abstract: The rural tourism in our country is one kind of quite novel traveling form, its market demand is rising with our country urbanization advancement’s acceleration and Population structure’s change. It is a special traveling project with depending on agriculture. This article elaborates three ReBAM by Chaotianmen for center, analyses the condition of rural tourism in Chongqing ReBAM and appraises rural tourism with choosing evaluation factor. At last, it proposes suggestion and opinion on rural tourism’s Sustainable Development.

Abstract: It is generally accepted that to overuse fertilize can led to cause fertilize resource waste, increase agriculture production cost, reducing the quality of agricultural products, and cause agricultural non-point source pollution. Determining soil nutrient distribution is critical to identify sites which are at risk of N, P and K nutrition loading. In order to know the soil nutrition spatial distribution and to determine agricultural rational fertilization, a total of 98 soil samples from the plow layer (0-20 cm) were collected in low mountain-hilly region of Sichuan Province, China. Spatial variability and distribution of soil organic matter (SOM), total N (TN), available nitrogen (AN), available phosphorus (AP) and available potassium (AK) in agricultural soils were studied using geographic information system (GIS) software. And the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the weight of indexes by using quantitative analysis.
