Abstract:

In order to simplify the design of control systems of printing and packaging machinery and equipment, and improve the efficiency and reliability of the control system development, this paper presents a general control system automatically generation platform solution. In the platform, control units are designed into different types of standard module; control words can be automatically generated and download to the modules; According to the control words, control system can control controlled objects. The implementation of this platform can greatly reduce the workload of design engineers, shorten development cycles, reduce development costs, and can meet variety control requirements of small printing and packaging machinery and equipment.
