Research on the Mathematical Model of the Double Wishbone Independent Suspension

Abstract:

The paper put forward to research the mathematical model of double wishbone independent suspension. First,the nonlinear elastic performance of oil gas spring was deduced through real gas state equation. After that, Kinematics principle of double wishbone independent suspension was researched, it was help for understanding how to design the guide mechanism of suspension. In the end,the external influence factors on suspension were analyzed, the conclusion could be used as a reference for design of the device.
