Abstract: This paper introduced the principle about the technology of Laser-induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) of quantitative analysis. It was reviewed about the quantitative analysis of LIBS reduced method of matrix. The reason of cause matrix effect was not clear, but the matrix effect on the LIBS quantitative analysis of the impact can not be ignored. The LIBS quantitative analysis method was divided into two categories: one was based on the calibration curve with the mathematical matrix correction method; the other was combined with neural network reduction method of matrix. This paper was introduced for the two categories of methods, and gives an example to explain.

Abstract: In the accelerated ageingtest of fuses, manual measurement was used to collect the temperature of fuse.By this testing method, the errors introduced by human were inevitable. In thispaper, an automatic temperature measuring type accelerated ageing test systemfor fuses was developed. So, the errors introduced by human were overcome.

Abstract: The thin-film technology is the hotspot of todays material science research.The thickness is an important physical parameter of the film thickness, so measurement naturally becomes the important work of research into material properties. With the wide application of thin film technology and optoelectronic devices, optical films have been widely used in the weaponary basic research and development and production of special devices. Facing the continuous update and development of weapons and equipment, higher requirements are put forward in precision measuring various parameters of the optical film. The thickness of the film is one of the key parameters in film design and manufacturing process, especially the rapid development of nanoscale thin-film technology, making the accurate measurement of the thickness of the film become a hot issue in the field of thin technology research, and has caused concern of technicians.

Abstract: A method based on the combination of experts’ assessments and D-S evidence theory of weight is proposed for reliability about result of quality evaluation. This method recurs to the idea of meta-evaluation, and actualizes the reliability measurement, then provides technical support for robust evaluation. Finally, we validate the method by using weapon primary evaluation result. It indicated that the method can measure the validity and reliability for primary evaluation result, and then improved commendably decision-making capability of weapon quality evaluation.

Abstract: In order to develop a potential way to reduce the stagnation pressure and heat flux of the blunt body in hypersonic flow, single pulsed and high rated laser energy are deposited respectively to control the bow shock in Mach 5 flow. Process of the interaction of 100mJ single pulsed laser energy with bow shock is studied by schlieren experiment in Mach 5 shock tunnel. The results indicate that the schlieren photographs and stagnation pressure at different times fit well with the simulation. Bow shock is distorted by the laser induced blast wave. During a single laser pulse, the average stagnation pressure and temperature are reduced by 6.5% and 3.4%. High rated laser energy is used to sustain the low pressure and heat flux region to increase the control efficiency. With the power of 6.6% of the enthalpy flux, when the distance of deposition point and blunt body is 1.1 times of the diameter of the blunt body, the pressure and heat flux of the stagnation point is reduced to 49% and 75%, respectively. The mechanism of interaction of laser and bow shock is disclosed.

Abstract: In this paper, thermoelastic damping of the axisymmetric vibration of laminated circular plate resonators will be discussed. Based on the classical laminated plate theory assumptions, the governing equations of coupled thermoelastic problems are established for axisymmetric out-of-plane vibration of trilayered circular plate with fully clamped boundary conditions. The analytical expression for thermoelastic damping is obtained and the accuracy is verified through comparison with FEM results.

Abstract: Gas content in a coal seam is used in mine safety such as gas emission estimation and the assessment of the risk of outbursts of coal and gas in underground coal mines. A direct measurement system has been developed to estimate the gas content. The main components of the system include an innovative sampling-while-drilling unit for coal sampling, a portable gas desorbing meter for initial gas flow, a desktop fixed surface-based unit for measuring gas flow while the sample is crushed, and computation program for gas content estimation. The system has been successfully applied in some underground coal mines in Huainan. This paper describes the system and its main components.

Abstract: In this paper, the cut technology of anomaly flow for gas meter by mainly real-time monitoring the flow is studied and the definition method for anomaly flow of indoor gas leakage is introduced. Full range safety intelligent cutting function is increased on the indoor gas meter, which can raise the safety of indoor gas facilities and residents gas consumption. It is proved that the technology is an effective way to prevent the happening of gas accidents and reduce the frequency severity of the gas accidents.
