Article Preview

Abstract:

Basing on the definition of the functional water, this paper analyzed its mechanism of action and the benefits to human body, and summed up four preparation methods to obtain this advanced water. They were electrolysis method, magnetic field cutting method, spectrum similar method, and physical adsorption method, and then made a brief statement on the latest researches of each method. Finally, described the viewpoint about the development tendency of healthy functional water.
