The Design of Temperature Control Base on Fuzzy Control

Abstract:

The electric boiler in use at present has a significant system inertia and a serious time-lag at the same time the difficulty of building the mathematical model. So it comes to a new method of combining them together. The parameters of Kp, Ki and Kd are adjust by fuzzy inference. Experimental results illustrate that the fuzzy PID parameters controller achieved the system performance index. The method of fuzzy PID control is a ideal method. The results show that the new controller is reliable, and shortens the time and volume of adjustment.
