Research on User Classification Based on Usability Tests of General-Purpose Emergency Maintenance Vehicle User Models

Abstract:

In the ZB General-purpose Emergency Maintenance Vehicle usability testing, in order to find out the proper selection of test user types, and the best combination of user classification, the author classified the usability testing results by cause, and analyzed the data statistically. Then this paper draws a series of conclusions, and finally draws the theoretically optimal combination of user classification. No experience can be used for reference or comparison in the choice of test samples, so the results can be used as reference and data accumulation for further research.
