Visualization Research of Roadheader’s Memory Cutting Research
For the solution cantilever roadheader in the construction process, the driver working strength is big, the tunnel cross section forming quality was bad, has designed the cantilever rodheader memory cutting visualization system. This system examines cantilever's position condition, the state of motion and the roadheader fuselage inclination angle through the sensor, carries on the data acquisition and processing using PLC, and through with the touch screen, the upper computer's correspondence, realizes roadheader memory cutting visualization, raised roadheader's automated level, reduced operator's labor intensity enormously, raised the tunneling efficiency obviously.
