The Research of Optical 3D Measuring Precision Influencing Factor in Reverse Engineering

Article Preview

Abstract:

Reverse engineering is widely used in industry, and data measurement which is an important step in RE and its measuring precision has a crucial influence on the succeeding steps. The paper has made a study of optical Measuring error by many experimentations of optical 3D measuring equipment, and educed that primary factor ray of affecting measuring error is ray of light, vibration, displaying image powder, system parameter, and analyzed the influence of diversified factors to measuring error, confirmed idiographic origin of producing error, and putted forward defending means of preventing measuring error.
