Development of Resistance Spot Welding Quality Monitoring Technology

Article Preview

Abstract:

According to the purpose of the current resistance spot welding quality monitoring system, the existing technology can be divided into two categories of the quality evaluation and control, and in the two research fields with different analysis methods, the paper further analysis. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, the paper finally puts forward, choosing suitable modeling method and analysis method, the quality evaluation index in order to realize accurate measurement and precise result, it is the key point and difficulty in the next step work.
