Research on Green Manufacturing-Oriented Machining Process Planning

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper studies the connotation and features of green manufacturing-oriented machining process planning and the methods to optimize it. It argues that, through optimized decision making and planning concerning process routes, process methods, process equipments, process parameters, process programs and so forth, each phase of the technological procedure can be improved to be more environmental friendly. Hence both economic and social benefits will be coordinated and optimized during product production. Fewer resources will be consumed and the negative influence on the environment will be mitigated.
