Automation Control of Group Work Outcome Assessment

Abstract:

This paper evaluates the effectiveness of the group work based on the Cronbach α in order to know the effectiveness of the group works intervention in adolescents autogenesis by using SCCS (Self-Consistency and Congruence Scale) as a measuring tool for data collection. And SCCS can be divided into three subscales: disharmony between self-and experience, flexibility, and rigidity, and finally to get three sets of data, finding out the changes, and trying to explain and analyze them. The advantages and disadvantages of group works intervention in teenagers growing up could be found in this research.
