Abstract: Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, the crushing effect and wall rock deformation of a small high-pressure jet impacting coal were given numerical simulation analysis. It verified that impacting increased exposed area of coal in punch, providing conditions for pressure relief of internal coal seam and gas seepage. through comprehensive analysis of the rock stress and coal displacement of different roadway models after undercutting, it was determined that aperture size was 4/15 or so of roadway floor length, thus roadway fissures developed full, and maintained rock integrity, in favor of speeding up the face driving.

Abstract: When constructing chaotic time series prediction model involving noise, noise would influence the chaotic characteristics of the time series and lower the precision and generalization ability of the model. This paper applies wavelet transform to make de-noise on gas emission time series. It uses state space reconstruction theory to determine the embedding dimension and delay time. In the constructed phase space, build BP artificial neural network model to make prediction. Prediction model constructed after wavelet de-noises achieves good prediction performance.

Abstract: Based on the filtration experiment of a rotary filter press equipped with the filtration fabric, this paper presents a study on the dynamic filtration performance and the filtration resistance of anthranilic acid copper during the production of saccharin sodium. The best possible operating condition is expected by examining the influence on the filtration rate and its attenuation in different operating conditions, which can provide guidance for future industrial applications, and an efficient regeneration method is proposed.

Abstract: The paper studied the sedimentary system of No.1 and No.2 structure in Nanpu oil field with methods of geological, logging, seismic and chemical analysis, associated with core characteristics, sedimentary structure, profile structure and logging facies. The results demonstrate the following three points. First, Minghuazhen Formation in Nanpu field is meandering river sedimentary, and the channel subphase can be further divided into channel bottom lag deposits, beach, abandoned channel and natural levee. Second, the isopach and sedimentary face map of Minghuazhen Formation are generated based on each well's thickness of sand body and curve characteristics, and show the trend of North West and South West distribution. Third, sand body distribution can be predicted though spatial distribution of sedimentary face. And linear reservoir and Barrage-type reservoir are the two typical zones of Minghuazhen Formation.

Abstract: Strengthening food security early warning system is an important content of the food safety supervision. The gray model of edible forest products warning is constructed on the basis of gray prediction theory, and this article takes the pecan peroxide value in laboratory at room temperature be measured during storage as the example to do the case study. The results show that the model has higher prediction accuracy and generalization ability, and the early warning of edible forest product quality and safety is reliable.

Abstract: The low-consuming wireless sensor network is becoming more and more popular; this essay drafts a proposal for wireless sensor network system design. The proposal describes detailed hardware and software designs of sensor node. With a feature of self-organized and self-adaptive, the system remains keep good communication even the location of network node changes. This system is applicable to synchronized monitoring on water pollution in rivers, lakes, springs and oceans.

Abstract: In this paper, we designed a new type of high precision 1 μA constant current source after deeply studying the high precision precise dc constant current source. Compared with the traditional constant current source, in this paper we adopted complex amplifier added with floating power supply outside to design high precision dc constant current source which is for China's space use , its output current is 1 μA, resolution is 0.1 nA, accuracy is 0.5. This high precise dc constant current source is mainly used for new model rocket engine performance testing in aerospace, but also can be widely applied in different fields in need of precision measurement.

Abstract: Along with the high development of economy, the environment pollution is more serious because of the lack of Environment Control Unit (ECU) and the lag of the monitoring means. At the same time, with the fast development of mobile communication network, the remote monitoring system based on global system for mobile communication (GSM) is well applied in the environmental monitoring fields etc. which requires abroad overcast, less data transmission and dispersed monitoring points. To this question, the remote ECU based on GSM was designed and the control scheme of data-collecting system was emphasized introduced using of module TC35i and W78E516B, also the serial communication programs with Visual C++ was studied. This system is characterized by simple structure, high reliability and easy operation and will be extensive used in environmental monitoring, fire monitoring for electric power system, temperature monitoring for barn and material warehouse etc.
