Abstract: Chinese renewable energy power generation construction is undergoing a rapid flourish nowadays, so a large amount of projects need to be contracted to engineer procure construct enterprises, namely EPC enterprises. However, high-level EPC enterprises always outsource specific activities to various vendors simultaneously, thus resulting in many outsourcing risks. This paper aims to find reasonable strategy against these risks. According to first hand empirical study, this article denotes outsourcing contract risk as the major one that EPC enterprise would confront, and categories it into two detailed risks, namely adverse choice and moral risk. A game model between EPC enterprise and vendor is established to discuss bilateral behaviors after signing contract. Nash equilibrium under mixed strategy is found based on two basic hypotheses. At last a two-side strategy called Carrot and Stick is suggested to avoid vendors malversation based on the analysis results.

Abstract: As a new high technology, Internet of Things (IOT) technology has been obtaining great development and becomes more and more popular; meanwhile it is widely used in all industries. Moreover, with the current technologies and economic development having made remarkable achievements the environment of human beings is going from bad to worse. IOT technology provides ideas and technology feasibility for environmental protection. Based on the requirements of the present monitoring project of energy-saving section in industry, in this paper, firstly, we present the development of IOT in recent years then we analyse the basic concept and key technologies of IOT and present an integral investigation on IOT in environment protection, in addition, we analyse and summarize the network structure and the current application situation. Although IOT is the great breakthrough in information technology development, there still have many deficiencies. Finally, we discuss the advantages of IOT in environment protection and challenges IOT is facing and future work for environment protection of IOT.

Abstract: The intelligent irrigation system can achieve precision irrigation, which is an effective way for the sustainable development of agriculture in arid area. In this paper, using the CC2430, intelligent irrigation system was designed and implemented according to the actual needs of the decision-making and management of plant irrigation. Distribution of soil temperature and humidity monitoring the system to solve the difficult and critical hardware products import prices too high and difficult to promote. The system cost compared to similar foreign products decreased 44.8%. Compared with traditional irrigation methods, crop water use efficiency of 22.6%

Building a comprehensive, standardized and efficient urban road-oriented recognition system is the urgent work currently, which plays critical roles for improving the quality of urban living environment and supporting the urban transportation system. This article is mainly focused on describing the current status of urban road information indicating system and its basic requirements.

Abstract: The pre-distortion techniques based on traditional direct learning architecture (DLA) are commonly used to linearize high power amplifiers (HPAs) settled in ground-station or on board satellite merely, which cannot achieve a satisfying linearization. In this paper, an improved DLA, considering the satellite channel features with two HPAs in the loop, is put forward. Nonlinear polynomial with 7 order and 4 memory depth is utilized as pre-distorter and recursive least square (RLS) algorithm is adopted for its parameters updating. Simulation results show that with pre-distortion the power spectrum density (PSD) of 16APSK signal achieves about 7.2dB improvement, the EVM of signal constellation is greatly improved up to 61.83%, and desirable system linearization performance is acquired.

Abstract: Summary The article firstly outlines the the application of data mining in fault diagnosis, And summarizes its working principle; Secondly describe the ID3 algorithm in detail, analyze the deficiency of it; Then on the basis of the ideas of the original algorithm, this paper puts forward an improved method, Through using the embedded SQL, Directly query the target database and treat them, Ultimately obtain the classification decision table and store in the database. Finally, through the experiment has proved that the improved method can greatly improve the efficiency of the algorithm.
